“I purchased all new kitchen appliances a few months ago with the extraordinary help of the Gurnee BB sales person, Paul Sereno. It had been a few decades since I'd purchased new appliances so I was starting from scratch with no knowledge of what's available now. Paul never tired of my questions. His knowledge base is the best I've ever experienced. He not only did a home visit to see my kitchen's needs but he also met me a few times in the store. Additionally, he walked me through my BB reward options so that I got the best deal possible. My experience with Paul was a SOLID 5 star experience. Thank you Paul!”

“Alex Ortiz was so helpful with my elderly mother in law who needed help transferring her 11 year old phone to a 3 year old phone. She had trouble hearing and he had wonderful kindness and patience. Excellent customer service!”
