“Specifically leaving this review because of Alex who helped me upgrade my phone and plan today. I had a terrible clown fiesta of an experience with a third party Verizon retailer in Kenosha. Hours of my time wasted later, I came into this Verizon location and he fixed everything very quickly, in the least painful way possible. A super competent, delightful customer service human - give that man a raise.”
“Made an appointment for 4pm and was helped right on time. The staff member helping me was Tiff. Explained my 10 year old cable box might have died on me as the TV and DVD player still respond, but the TV isn’t receiving the cable connection. Cords also appear to not be chewed or damaged anywhere that I can see. Tiff gave me a spare coaxial cable and power adapter cable in my bag along with the new box and remote, just in case. Got home and hooked all the old cords to the new box. Nothing. Started to feel defeated, gonna have to try for a technician to visit on Monday. Came back later in the evening, decided to switch out the new cords since why not? Since the old coaxial cord is hard screwed into its place near the wall and harder to reach, I thought I’d try switching out the power adapter with the new one. THERE IT IS! then it was just setting up the new remote! Easy! Had Tiff not given me those cords my mother still would not have TV. She was so happy she cried tonight. This is for Tiff/Tiffany, Thank you so much!!”
