“Had the part I needed in stock. Sales associate didn't try to sell me a new filtration system. I told him this was probably the last year for my current system which at 13 years old is getting a little long in the tooth. I keep the pool in tip top shape which is why the liner is still good and the filtration system still functions. I bought my pool at the Great Escape in Gurnee and continue to restock pool supplies needed there.”

The bench is soo comfortable for adults and obviously, my kids love it.The first table I ordered wasn’t quite right, and they were AMAZING and went WAY above and beyond to make sure I had the right table. Though I was just there for low wooden raised food bowl upon entering I was greeted immediately. The store maintained a neat and organized layout, making it relatively easy to navigate through the different sections. The staff members Jessica and Nicole (manager? ) were generally helpful and attentive, which added to the overall shopping experience. Seriously, these two workers definitely deserved a raise. They are super nice and ready to help you if you need something.
