“UPDATED (5/12/26) Leasing office is great, specifically Traci - she addresses your concerns and has put a great effort into making this complex better since we have moved in; new gym, new hallways, and pool upgrades. We have appreciated her taking in our concerns & working with us. The only thing to look out for is the extra fees on top of rent - specifically the parking & wifi fees are very pricey, over $300 to park two cars (170$ per car) & 100$ per month for internet, 75$ amenity fee, but they do chat with you about that prior to signing your lease, just make sure you take note that your 2k rent will look more like 300-600$ extra per month. But overall, we enjoy the amenities a lot & the location is unbeatable. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for good amenities & a great location in downtown Wheaton!!!”

“Staff did a great job answering the questions I had before signing the lease. Staff does a great job setting you up for success to move in. Staff does a great job cleaning the unit before moving in. Overall great communication, great apartment cleanliness, and great atmosphere. Everyone I have met since moving in has been friendly. Having an app to open the the front door and to access the laundromat is pretty dope. Pretty spacious for a one-bedroom. I live on the third floor and the view is nice facing the city. Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would. Shoutout Admira! She’s a boss ??”

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater. As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving. I’m very pleased with their work and truly appreciate their dedication. Thank you, David and Mike!”

“I lived at Plum Grove Apartments for 5 years and had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everything is kept nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking, pet friendly, a studio that felt like a 1 bedroom, and laundry on site (freshly remodeled). They keep the grounds very well maintained and are always renovating and making the place better. This is one of the last non-mega apartments, and I cannot recommend a better apartment for the cost, staff, and location. Michelle, thank you for being a wonderful landlord and always willing to answer my questions quickly and saying hello when we see you. Luis, thank you and your family for doing a great job keeping the grounds clean and beautiful, and being some of the nicest people I've lived with. If you are looking for an apartment, come to Rolling Meadows and stay here :)”

The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. Honestly, she’s the best associate I’ve ever worked with in an apartment community!
