“I stopped by for a little road snack, and I was served by a very wonderful worker named Michelle. I came in looking for a specific item i had won for free via caseys rewards but was having trouble locating the cake bites. She noticed i seemed a little lost and greeted me very friendly and offered to show me the cake bites. She noticed there was no vanilla left and preemptively offered to check the back. While i was definitely okay with the lemon flavored ones, the customer service skill shown by Michelle and anticipating the needs of the customer before they ask was very impressive to me as a supervisor at my own job. I certainly hope her leadership acknowledges her incredibly friendly, and clearly experienced work with front-end customer service. I could definitely see her in a team lead, or even higher, position if she's not already! Caseys, you have a diamond working for you right in your Henry store! Thank you Michelle!”

“Great customer service! Whether it's over the counter medications, prescriptions, or general goods they always have what you need at a good price, with smiling faces. As with any non pharmacist cvs location there could be slight inconveniences, but utilizing the CVS app and Extra Rewards you can get things done when you need it. The Minute Clinic is a great asset to a small populated area especially for routine vaccines. Saves transportation costs from going out of town for sure. I highly recommend. Plus they have sales all the time!”
