“I love Anthropologie just for the displays alone, which to me are works of art so it's fun just to go in and see what their artists have been working on. This Anthropologie is large and has a great selection of clothing and unique home goods. Beware maps: The entrance is off of Green Bay Rd, maps took me to Central Ave.”

“I was very disappointed to walk into your store on January 2 and see that all the Christmas decorations were taken down!I would at least expect Christmas decorations to be up until the 12 days of Christmas pass.Even the Rockefeller Christmas tree in New York stays up until January 13th.Also, you should offer your Christmas wrapping through January 7. There are over 300 million Orthodox Christians living throughout the world that celebrate Christmas on a different day and a different Easter as well.I can’t get my gifts wrapped with Christmas paper because you take it away:(”

“I worked here for about 8 months, loveliest Staff I've ever worked with. They accommodate your needs, they don't encroach on your personal life, or poke or prod for details that aren't their business. Every single manager was reasonable and did the best they could and I know it's only minimum wage but if you ever have the pleasure of working here, don't take your managers for granted, they are flawed, but they're trying their best.
This is most well taken care of I've ever felt working anywhere and I was honestly sad to leave.”

“I have avoided this store for a long time because it used to be such a disorganized mess. But I went in for an Amazon return and was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was tidy, the employees were pleasant and merchandise was organized and easy to find. Julia in the Sephora section was especially helpful. My only problem was that there was only a limited selection of clothes in my size. Overall, a positive experience!”
“Good selection / variety of items.
Food items not always as fresh as one would expect - i guess that is when they are moved to clearance.
Clearance aisle are extremely disorganized and messy.
They keep on moving items all over the store that many times one can't actually find what they saw a week ago.
The staff at the cash register are pleasant and helpful. Yet, the floor associates, mixed attitudes and friendliness.
Many of their prices are no longer compatible.
Price stickers / labels on plastic items (and on other items) don't peel off easily and leave stickiness (even if used under boiling hot water).
The store/s must find a better way of doing it.
Generally, the stores are nice (Especially the ones in Vernon Hills and in Mundelein, IL.”

“I had a very good experience today at the Sephora within this Kohls store. The young woman working was very attentive, capable and pleasant. I watched her deal with a very annoying customer who tried to monopolize her time with ridiculous requests, and this young lady was extremely patient and professional. I just do not understand why customers do not see that other people are waiting behind them. There is no reason to ask for directions to another store in the age of Google maps!
I actually felt entertained watching this woman (customer) make demands of this very patient employee with multiple ridiculous requests. It’s astounding to me how people do not seem to realize they aren’t the only person on planet earth!
Again back to the employee- she was awesome and kind. I could not have had the same level of patience. I wish I had gotten her name so I could recognize her professionalism. She even thanked me for waiting and recognized how long I had to wait.
It’s not often you encounter employees like this. Thank you!”

“This Marshall’s is my favorite Marshall’s I’ve ever been to. It’s so good over there and clean. The cashiers are very nice especially this young girl with brown or blonde hair who was so nice to my grandfather who did not speak English. I think her name started with a Ya but either way she was so kind to him and was definitely trained by some great people over at this Marshall’s. I am so happy with my shopping experience and me and my kids will come here soon. ?♥️”
“This is a good cheapie store for a lot of little things you may need around your house and seasonal supplies. It's not a good looking store, it's outdated and shows its age pretty badly and can get crowded but the prices are better than most stores but the quality is better than stuff at the Dollar stores. I've not bought food items here but if you need soap or handtowels or the like this is the place”

“I came in and I purchased something two weeks prior and a week later I changed my mind and tried to go to another t.j Maxx to return it with my credit card the young lady told me that she couldn't do it so I was really mad okay So I end up going back to the location I purchase it which is the one in Mount prospect and the manager Mimi told me that for some reason they couldn't do a return but she went above and beyond and went and found my transaction and printed my receipt and return my item I really do appreciate her going that extra mile and taking an extra few minutes to help me.”

“We've got a T.J. MAXX near our home in Southern California. So naturally, my wife needed to go to T.j Maxx while we're visiting Chicago.
The Chicago Maxx is large and filled with lots of well priced merchandise. A gigantic ADA parking lot and ADA bathrooms.
Check out is done from a long line. Along the way there's lots of easy to grab merchandise, so while you're spending time in the line, you might as well continue shopping. However, be careful. The candy and treats look awesome.”
“I made an order to purchase a product online using the coupon I received from the App through previous purchases, but after a few of hours staff canceled the purchase without any explanation and my earned coupons were gone. This store has a vile and disgusting attitude towards the customers and the Kohl's App also works disgustingly nothing can be found by the name of the brand and clothing. Now I have no desire to go and it’s better to stay away from this store.It is better to avoid online orders to this store. All that remains is to return the purchased goods back to this store and not go to this store again. Only bad impressions from this is store . Due to such a low level of customer service, other stores are better and much cheaper than in Kohl’s . Even with discount coupons, the price at Kohls is higher than everyday prices at other stores and on Amazon.”

“I give no one a 5 Star rating as there is always that one person who will disagree. I very much like the Kohl's in Glenview over the former one at Golf Mill, Niles, IL. It was not as orderly as the Glenview Store. I know Golf Mill is being knocked down and rebuilt. Burlington has taken over the Kohl's Store and I do not know if that is permanent or not.

The Peretti heart keychain. $85Nice to have it wrapped so beautifully, was happy it wouldn't need anything more than to place the gift under the tree.Interior is beautiful and they have a little sitting area so others can chill or rest while you are taking care of business.Almost managed to escape but got distracted by the beautiful single pearl silver hardware bracelet that was being displayed. I have the matching earrings. Had not seen the bracelet before. So beautiful.Jane did a fantastic job of customer care and service. She saw my ring and offered to have it cleaned, and someone brought it back to me in five minutes. She informed me that the bracelet would go up in price $100 in January to help my deliberations; she had me try it on to get the right size (didn't even know I was a medium until I tried it on) etc.Took tremendous discipline to walk out -- just made a mental note: but I have a birthday in January...It's always so much better to be able to be able to try things on in the store.”
