Anastasia is amazing! She first helped me pick out some jewelry and then I ran into her again in the beauty section where she helped me choose perfumes too

One of the biggest challenges at this store is that there are no testers, so it’s really hard to know how things smell. But she knew almost every scent — seriously impressive!

I ended up buying 4 perfumes, and every single one was spot on

“I came here to buy pants and a blouse. I park my car in their parking lot. They had a lot of space in the parking lot when I came here. When I enter there are a lot of customers inside. I went to the women's section and looked for pants and a blouse. I first went to the area of pants. I would like to buy pants that stretch so it looks fit to me. At first it's hard to find since I couldn't find but some staff assisted and helped me. He pointed out the selection of it. And then I found it. I purchased one and I thank her. After that I went to the blouse section and looked at the blouse. They have a lot of blouse designs. I chose a blouse that suited my pants. Then I purchased a baby pink blouse. It looks neat and clean. Then I paid for the pants and blouse at the counter.”

“This store has it all! Great selection, lots of new items, and always something interesting to discover. I stopped in this time to buy a toy and was impressed with the variety they offer. One surprise at checkout—I was asked if I wanted to purchase a plastic bag for 10 cents. I know that’s common in Chicago, but I didn’t expect it in the suburbs. Still, great overall experience and I’ll definitely be back!”

“I had a positive experience here. The manager Johnnie listened to my story of how I lost my brand new sunglasses and she searched her system hard to find me another pair. She was able to find a similar pair and put them on reserve until I was able to get to the store. She told the team I was coming and where I would need to to pick up and who would be at the store when I would get there. She didn't have to do all that but she did. She could have been lazy and said I don't have them and hung up the phone but she didnt do that. She found what I wanted and called me back and followed up and I appreciated that so much. She went above and beyond what most ppl would have done. Thanks Johnnie, Dawn Sooshee and Team! You ladies rock. Anybody that thinks managing a store like this is easy should get behind the counter and try it. Retail can be draining.”
