“The sales representative who helped me was welcoming, professional, patient and thorough. He welcomed me into the store and after I told him what I was interested in, he took my feet measurements first, then proceeded to get the shoes. He made sure the shoes fit appropriately and never rushed the transaction. He is an excellent representative of New Balance.”
