I visited the store just after lunch and met Gary, who was wonderful to work with. He really knew his stuff, and it was clear that he is an expert in his field. He had me walk in front of him and was able to identify exactly what kind of shoe I needed just by analyzing my gait.
I could tell he was very serious about his work and truly knew what he was talking about. I went with his suggestion, and I am quite happy with the results. The shoes he picked out appear to be fantastic for running, which is a topic Gary and I discussed at length.
This store clearly knows what they are doing and offers a great selection of running shoes and accessories. I will certainly be coming back again and again.

“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”
“The facilities were clean. I seldom come here, and when I do, it's usually for my kid's classmates' birthday parties. Overall, the rooms are large enough to host rambunctious 5-year-olds.”

“Truly the best store owners! We stopped in the morning due to some tire issues and arrived before they opened, but the store owners helped us anyways. Love the air compressor built into the front of the store for filling up tires outside the store (see bottom right corner of picture). Ask about the history of the store and know that you’re supporting a local business that really cares about their customers. My heart warmed when they said “we don’t have customers, we only have friends”.”
“The people who are complaining saying “bad service”, or “poor communication”, I have no idea what they are talking about, honestly think that they are purposely leaving bad reviews. I was just here, its a great shop, with nice and helpful workers. Some cards seem a little pricey but great overall 4.5/5.”

Liam helped us for almost two hours helping us get everything you could possible need to play the game while also actively helping us look for the most affordable options so we weren’t breaking the bank. We always have a great experience at REI in Vernon Hills. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We shop here for athletic shoes and outdoor gear, and my husband recently bought a bike the service was amazing from start to finish.
We’re also REI members, and the member deals make it even better. The store is big, easy to shop, and has a great selection you can actually see and try on.”
