“Rainbo is the best place in Chicagoland for all things skating. Their expertise in skates are second to none. I highly recommend you call and make an appointment if you need any maintenance or need to order skates. They are extremely busy because of the high caliber of service, and you may not be able to "drop in"”
“Murphy's service is like service used to be. They know their stuff. The salesman (I forgot his name) asked a couple of questions and came back with a couple of styles. One was very close to what I like, but not perfect. He went in the back of the shop and came back with a couple more to try on. The first one was the one. They don't have a large selection, which I wasn't looking for. All I wanted was a good fit and a shoe for my type of workout. As for price I went to Zappos and the shoes were the same price and I got great service. Thanks”

“I enjoy stopping by when ever I am in the shopping mall. Friendly service and a wide variety of equipment. New and used. I have been able to slowly put together a home gym with their well priced items and again a large variety of inventory. It changes day to day so worth a peek in. Kids love to get a ball, Frisbee, scooter or anything sports related. They have bike repairs as well - done in shop but just call ahead to make sure it isn't busy. They will take/purchase your gear and possibly may do it as store credit too. Check it out.”

Liam helped us for almost two hours helping us get everything you could possible need to play the game while also actively helping us look for the most affordable options so we weren’t breaking the bank. “This is an amazing place to go if you're a sports fan. It has gear from jerseys to hats to shorts and more. I recently got a jersey that I wanted to exchange. The return was so easy, and I got a gift card with store credit. I can go back any time to redeem that credit. Their card selection is amazing too. It has a lot of cards and packs for cheap prices. It has baseball, hockey, football, basketball, and even Pokémon cards. The one bad thing is the sizes. They barely have any kids stuff and it is sort chaotic to find something.”

“I had a really excellent experience with Fitness Warehouse buying a Precor elliptical. First of all, Richard and Boris were a delight to work with. Kind, informative, and attentive throughout the entire process. Secondly, the reconditioned machine they picked for me is a great one...it's only "gently used" and arrived to me reconditioned, clean, and in excellent condition. Richard handled everything with personal attention, and Boris even called me on a Saturday night to check whether the machine had arrived yet...how many companies do THAT! All told, a wonderful experience and I'd do it again.”

“Recently went to a Northwestern football game and while there bought a jersey for my son from Let's Tailgate at their stand within the stadium.As we walked away, my son noticed that one of the numbers on the jersey was coming off as it probably hadn't applied well. The gentleman at the stand, allowed my son to wear it for the game, then we brought it back to him afterwards where he then told us that he'd take it back to the store to correct the issue and then shipped it to us. 2 days later we had it in our mailbox.Great customer service !!!!!”
“This location is my favorite of the few I’ve been to, and mostly because of the employees and how wonderful they have been every time I’ve been in!
This most recent visit brought me back 3 times, as I failed to try the items on the first day, returned a second to exchange one item, to then have to bring that second item back, a third time.
