Today was the second time in 6 months I came to see Louis and both times I walked away wishing other small businesses could mimic his philosophy. I was previously in for a new suit I needed for a last minute trip to NYC. He made it happen during one of his business weekends. Today he helped me pick out a new sport coat for another trip coming up. What I love about Louis is he gave me the same attention, service, and attitude when the store was packed 6 months ago as he did today when I was the only customer. Go see Louis. This is a large store with a wide range of sizes in their various brands ranging from work wear to outdoor wear.One thing this store lacks that I have seen in some of the other locations is a discount/clearance room. Overall, this store was as expected and I have no complaints.”

“The staff at the varies various stores are always helpful and available to answer any questions. I stopped at the Schaumburg store to check on sale items. Found pair of pants that I wanted, but they did not have my size. Female staff person called the Downers Grove store for availability, and requested item be held for pickup. I arrived at the DG store, and pants were waiting. Met Frank and Matt. THX to all for ur assistance.”

“I moved away from the city some years ago and like a true Chicagoan, I wanted to have some gear to Rep it. There was never any gear that I could find that I liked enough to buy. I tried buying gear from the Alley but the quality was just too cheap for me and most of the designs were a bit punk/goth. Then I found these guys. I absolutely love the play on words of Cook County as well as some of the city's iconic symbols. The quality of the clothes is top notch. I have a few hoodies and they are the most comfortable hoodies I own. I've ordered on-line and bought in person as well. Both a great experience. Show these local guys some love and rep your city well.”

“We always find good things at Hot Topic. This was quite a small location but everyone there was really nice and helpful. Clothes were tried on and many other items were shopped for. They had some really nice new Nightmare before Christmas merchandise that I wished I could get. Usually when we're shopping it's the kids who are buying things and they did find some items they wanted while we were there. I'm also a fan of all the Lilo & Stitch merchandise that I can run across. The store is definitely one of the highlights of the entire mall.”

“Store 0428 in Elmhurst has friendly and helpful staff. The store carried big and tall men's clothing which I was unable to find at other big box stores, they only went up to 2x and didn't have tall clothing. I also like the one level building that made it easy to navigate for a Handycap person. The cashier Sarah was very diligent and noticed I didn't get all the discounts I was due and called a manager to adjust my bill, it was very appreciated being a senior on a fixed budget.”

“Was a great experience customer service woman was fantastic help me out with my expired Kohl's cash. Very friendly staff they should be paid more. I saw many staff members running around the store and dealing with multiple issues. Kohl's management does not put enough people on the floor it's amazing within the past few years how diminished the amount of employees are in the stores. Corporate CEO makes sick money and the people working the floor make next to nothing and then they pushed these credit cards on people way too much. I've even seen them push it on employees I hate to say it. But the experience you'll get shopping in this Kohl's is a good one all things desire clean bright wallet organized and friendly staff.”
