And after that I had 3 options layed out for me and obviously he knew the Very first outfit was the absolute best pick for my ideal suit. Much love and appreciation for this place, they deserve all the credit.
Also After purchase they Tailored my clothing right there in less than 15 min which was crazy cause I def did not wanna make another hour long trip back out there 😂.
Last Note, you really won’t find a lot of unique styles for Men at any other suit shop besides here. I went from maybe 3 different malls and 10 different stores with suits exclusively but this place by far exceeded my expectations. Brought my parents along and even they wanted to buy some different suits while they were there. They have a ‘Bridgington’ collection leukemia from the Ntflix show and I absolutely loved the old English royal suit wear.”

My wife, Pat, went to make a purchase at L.L. Bean this morning but had to park a block away because you are now charging for what used to be free parking
She texted 3 photos of the nearly empty parking lot adjacent to where she wanted to shop.
I believe you are doing your tenants a disservice.
The majority of the public will be changing their shopping habits and go elsewhere to make their purchases.
That is why we do not shop in downtown Chicago or anywhere is Chicago where they charge for street parking
Locksmiths, dry cleaners, small restaurants, novelty shops etc on Chicago streets have suffered financial loss because their customers will not pay for parking and end up shoping elsewhere
More and more people are shopping on line and charging for parking at shopping centers makes this option even more convenient and affordable
2nd Message to Oakbrook Management:
My wife did park elsewhere and walk to L.L. Bean to make a return. She said the sales staff were very unhappy about the charge for parking, the parking lot was almost vacant and they had very few customers.
My wife told them that in the future she will order on line.
After shopping she would normally have lunch with her friends at one of your restaurants but because of the parking issue decided to go elsewhere for lunch”

“Nice people work here. Edward was exceptional. I was looking for 2 things: orange soap & a very specific style & size of shorts. He dropped what he was doing to help me find both! He even checked other stores for other colors of shorts. Suggested I order online for the region was sold out. Then he rang me up. I am not used to that type of customer care when I come to Kohl's to be honest. Edward really went above and beyond. If he works for you, buy him lunch, you're lucky to have him working for you.”
