“This Meijer is nice, clean, friendly staff. Conscientious location for where I live. The only complaint is the inconsistency of stocking items, or offering less options than other stores. It can be frustrating.”

“Manager Kate was exceptionally helpful in resolving an issue with an item I was accidentally charged twice for. She took the time to listen to my concerns and did the research to validate the charge and resolve it quickly. There are not many managers today that would invest the time and effort, but she did.”

“Good selection, but the state of constant "sales" means that all of the products always seem to be marked up. Also, it can be hard to find your size in shop. My jeans are 36x34 and the selection unfortunately wasn't quite large enough.”
“Great store. Everyone is friendly. Great selection. Nice clothes. I still shop there but only for certain things and for sale items. Their prices have gotten out of hand. When they first opened, they had great prices and great style in clothes. Their prices went up, and their sales in clothes stink. I shop online now and there are great prices and great styles. The people that work there are so rude and have no manners.”

“This is the cleanest and most organized TJ Maxx I have ever seen. It is by far my favorite TJ Maxx. My first time shopping at this location was last week and I came back today and it was still organized and clean. Mind you it is December 11th and holiday season. The bathrooms are even immaculate. These employees need a raise.”
“Large selections but no swimwear. Floor Staff not super friendly but cashiers were. Used both self and line checkout because I forgot coupon in car. Not a fan of self check but it was easy once I figured out the sensor alarm qas for my item! :)”

“Just want to say I love this store out of every store. Other stores were so cluttered and the Lockport store is in order so much more. My family and I came in for patio furniture and Danielle helped us! She’s great! She was very helpful in helping us pick out things for the patio as well! “The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

“I want to leave a review for Samira, Linda, and Deana at Macy’s in Orland Park, IL because the experience was honestly top tier.
From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me most was their product knowledge. They really know their stuff — fabrics, fit, brands, what works best for certain occasions — and they explained everything in a way that made sense without overcomplicating it. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a while and actually care about what they’re recommending.
At the same time, they were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. No pressure, no pushy sales energy — just real guidance and good conversation. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, which isn’t always easy to find in retail.
It’s rare to come across a team that combines experience, expertise, and genuine kindness the way they do. Macy’s in Orland Park is lucky to have them.”
“I really like Macy's but i wish they would increase their shoe stock. The shoe ? department seems to look a bit sad whenever I visit. I also visited the cosmetic and fragrance counters during my lunch time at noon but unfortunately only 1 person was available to assist and she was busy with other customers.”
“This store has cleaned up nicely. Plenty of seasoned employees who pick up trash on the floor and shelves. Maybe the inexperienced employees could learn something. This where us seasoned folks ( experienced, older, old farts), should help to step in and encourage. Thanks Walmart Bolingbrook for a clean and neat store to walk into and enjoy a cup of coffee, while the wife shops. Kudos to the manage staff.”

“I recently went to Kohls to return a microwave oven. Since it was heavy I walked into store and saw an associate named Adrian(spelling?) I asked him to get me a cart as I couldn't carry it by myself. He not only accompanied me to my car but carried the microwave up to second floor where return desk is located. Remarkable young man. Employees like him make you want to shop at your store for everything!”
“My adult daughter and had outstanding customer service in the baby section at Target a few days ago. We were probably looking perplexed, when a young man approached and asked if we needed help. We said yes and he went out of his way to assist us. He was pleasant and made sure all our needs were met.
At the register, the cashier was equally pleasant and asked if we found everything OK. She checked us out, carefully bagged our items and told us to have a pleasant evening with a warm smile on her face. The interactions with the two Tinley Park Target employees made us feel really appreciated.”

“All I have to say is the manager at this store is amazing wonderful customer service experience her name is Kendra and she helped me out with the mix-up with some gym shoes I purchased. She was so above and beyond in her assistant that she even drove out to my work location to pick up the mismatch shoes and then also had the correct ones FedEx dto my home. Needless to say I was extremely appreciative and wanted to make sure she is acknowledged.”
“The Talbots in Orland Park Crossing always have clothing I like. They have friendly salespeople especially my favorites Darlene and Jackie. They always are helpful and tell me about future events and special sales. The store always is neat looking and the windows are styled to invite you in. The salesgirls definitely need a raise for the wonderful personalities and this brings in customers. I tell my friends to shop here because they will be treated kindly and they will assist you with any of your needs. I have been shopping here for a long time but please recognize Darlene and Jackie especially because they make my day. My married name is Patti McGlynn now so I hope this post correctly. Kudos to your Orland Park store and sales girls!”
“Bought an Apple laptop computer, the sales person was informative, well spoken, easy to understand the differences between the options... they have 0% finance options for a time period or money off on a large purchase like that right up front that you choose. It only took about 30 minutes total”

There were a few shoes on the floor and a chair in one of the aisles but overall this location was very clean and organized. I had a quiet and peaceful shopping experience. “The employees at the Lemont Homegoods are very helpful and friendly, which is not the case for some of the other locations, so kudos to the Lemont staff!! The store is very clean and well organized. The reason I didn't give it four stars is really a complaint against all the Homegoods stores now, not this location in particular. I have noticed that all the stores are cramming so much more inventory in the past few years that the shopping experience has become less enjoyable and more confusing. The inability to move your cart through the aisles, crowded sections, and products falling all around you is overwhelming and I spend much less time browsing (and less purchasing) especially on crowded days. Honestly, I love my dog and pets in general, but do we really need 3 + aisles devoted to pet goods? I love Homegoods and have for many years, but I find myself avoiding going there more and more.”
