“Loads of items to shop from. If you're interested in stopping by, they're only open to the public until the end of the month (April). Because of the pandemic, their rules have changed. First, you go onto the website. Second, pick a time and date from their list. Third check your email, for a response, to let you know if your choice is available. They have ribbon, material, tablecloths, pillows, pottery, vases, Christmas decor, fall decor, home decor, faux flowers, etc.. The list goes on. They only have this sale twice a year, April and October.”
“One of the better Bass Pro Shops locations I’ve visited. I really enjoyed the waterfall and the fish displays, which make walking around the store more fun. I usually come in for fishing gear, but I always end up browsing the other sections and finding something else to take home. The boating area is also nicely stocked. Definitely an enjoyable store to explore.”

“I have to give a big thank you to TPS Team Gear and Nick Heiden! My husband ordered a hat. It never came. He called spoke with Nick. Nick hand delivered a new hat to us and left it on the porch… on Dec 23rd so we would have it for Christmas. A donation company came about 15 minutes later and took the hat along with the donation items. Upon hearing this, Nick sent another new hat. No one replaces things for free anymore especially when it isn’t their fault. Thanks TPS and Nick! Such great customer service = lasting customers! We’ll be ordering from you again soon!”
“My mom took me here, and I’ve been to multiple Zumiez locations, but this one stood out the most. The manager, Jimmy, was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping us and even helped me put together some outfits and style myself. He made sure we knew about all the discounts and had such a great attitude the entire time. He was very kind, patient, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.”
“The employee was nice and helped us determine a letterman jacket for our daughter. Only concern would be hours of operation, not being open late or weekends made it challenging to find a time to go in especially if your kid is involved in after school sports.”

Since shoe size was not in stock they ordered them from the warehouse to be delivered to my home at no charge since I already made the trip to the store once. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. “Every single time I go to this Orland location I have an exquisite experience! Your greeted the absolute second your in the building and everyone is extremely kind and helpful! I’ve been shopping at this store for awhile now and every time I see Zach the cashier he’s always professional, kind, efficient, and needs a PROMOTION ! The store was very clean and organized compared to the Naperville store. Someone else who had been very helpful was Brooke, she opened a fitting room for me and answered all my questions :). This store is a 5/5 of course there’s hit or miss days but when it’s a hit you get your moneys worth !”

“Seriously, it's a hidden gem. Like home Depot, but better organized. Staff was always available (cough HD not) for each of my visits. You can order online and pickup or delivery. I even had a problem with an item description. It was manufacturers fault, I didn't know. The store manager told me what to do to help me get what the advertisement promised, and it worked. Literally $200 difference. Good prices, more of a selection than you'd think.”
