“5G Store is the best!
I have been a customer since 2021. I choose 5G Store very time that I need the type of gear that they sell. The reason is simple: 'Stuff happens' ... and when it does, every single time, 5G Store has been there supporting me. Even when a product is out of warranty. Even when another product 'might' be conflicting with their product, they don't blindly pass the buck, they roll up their sleeves and help. Oh, and their tech support is USA based. A great group of guys. Maybe, maybe, if you search around the internet you might, maybe, find an item for slightly less - but don't be short sighted because 'stuff happens' and 5G Store tech support will be there for you. I wish I could give them 10 stars!”
“We went to Grand Appliance for the first time to look at washer and dryers. We were met by salesman Don Von Ebers he was very helpful in showing us all the different brands. Very friendly and made it easy to choose new washer dryer and help with setting up delivery and install. Would recommend Grand and DON TO EVERYONE ! Tom and Cathy”

“We started shopping at target exclusively six months ago or so and couldn’t believe how much better they are on quality and price. They curate their products very well so it’s easy to make a choice as to what to buy. Good and gather brand eggs are $1.69 a dozen! And they taste great! If you have been wondering like us why eggs elsewhere taste really weird and disgusting, you’re not alone. If target keeps doing things this way, we will be customers for life. We save tons of money and find everything we are looking for 99% of the time. Once in awhile they are sold out of things we like but it’s not too often and we don’t like shopping elsewhere. I have noticed the crystal lake target getting busier each time we go there so I know we aren’t alone. In not sure why other stores aren’t as good as target but they should observe how it’s done at target. Couldn’t be happier with the products, prices and people there. Someone knows what they are doing and is doing it very well.”

“While switching providers, i had nothing but problems with my previous provider.Getting enough information to transfer my phone number. The associate at this location was extremely patient and willing to work with me through every step even if it took four hours. They were able to provide me a phone and service for less than a month's bill with my previous provider. And they wore nothing but a smile. Very cute too”
“The line for Pokemon card industry has been so disorderly and unprofessional, so I picked a new location, the Crystal Lake Best Buy. It is running so perfectly under the guidance of the GM Brandie. My son could not be happier.”

“I’ve always loved shopping at Target, but I wanted to take a moment to highlight something special about this Elgin location.
They have a dedicated nursing station for moms inside the fitting room area, and I love that they clearly post a sign about it in the women’s restroom at the front of the store. It’s such a thoughtful and supportive touch for parents.
It really took me back to my early days as a new mom, when I often felt like I had to rush home just to pump. Back then, even stores like Babies “R” Us didn’t offer spaces like this. So seeing this kind of accommodation now feels like a big step forward.
Even though my babies are grown, it genuinely makes me happy to see other moms being supported in this way. It’s small details like this that make a big difference.
Kudos to this Target location — you did good. I’d love to see more stores follow your lead.”

“What a great guy the owner Ladi is, he sold me a pair of Klipsch 4.2 speakers for $300 bucks, what a great deal that was, he is such a nice person to talk to and he has great stories to tell also lol, he took the time to make sure that everything worked properly for me. Ladi has a tremendous selection of stereo components to chose from, so many different manufactures, he makes you feel like your part of the family, I hooked up the Klipsch speakers and to be honest there they best sounding speakers I have ever heard, wow thanks Ladi for your time I look forward to coming back soon!”

“After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it. “About 6 months ago, Yish at this 7-Eleven went out of his way to help me during one of my lowest moments. I’ll never forget his kindness. This store is lucky to have him.
I came in during a really rough time, and instead of just ringing me up, he noticed, cared, and made sure I was okay. He went beyond customer service and treated me like a human being, not just a transaction. Yish made sure I had what I needed and even offered me a chance to recharge, in more ways than one. His generosity was more than I ever expected walking into a convenience store.
People like Yish are rare. He saw someone struggling and didn’t look the other way, he went out of his way to help me keep going. Half a year later, I’m still grateful. This store is incredibly fortunate to have him, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.”
