Very reasonable for such great quality. You may choose your fabric also. Dining sets in the main room, living room furniture in the room to the left & bedroom furniture in the room to the right. We'll definitely be back.”

“Some things are simply better purchased at a brick-and-mortar store, and a mattress is definitely one of them—especially when you have an experienced and knowledgeable salesperson to guide you.
Being able to try the different mattresses in person and truly experience the comfort before making a decision was invaluable. The purchasing process was smooth and straightforward, and the delivery options were excellent.
Call us old-fashioned, but we believe buying a mattress in person is a far better experience than purchasing one online. We highly recommend it.”

“Tim and the staff at Rieke did a fantastic job with the design and installation of our new office furnishings. We have used Rieke services multiple times over the years, but this situation was a much bigger challenge. They were tasked with downsizing our footprint of 10,000 sf to 2,600 sq and utilizing as much of our existing furnishings as possible. We added a Nextwall glass system to create private offices and the remainder came from our former office space. Rieke coordinated the tear-down, move, and reinstall of the existing furnishings/cubes and did not miss a beat. Our new office space looks fantastic and is extremely functional. “I came in, just wanting to look at recliners, not knowing exactly what I wanted and what they offer on these recliners. As I was walking around, I was approached by an associated by the name of Kelly who directed me to where all the recliners are located. She asked me a few questions in regards to what I was looking for and the recliner and colors, materials, etc. I told her at that time, I was not sure so she took it upon herself to show me all that was available. Had me sit in various recliners and tell her what I thought of each one that I sat in. . She then left me and told me to experiment with whatever I wanted to and showed me the different points on the various recliners there and let me look without being disturbed. She came back. I told her what I was looking at and why and she pointed out if I had looked at these other recliners that were similar. We went around looking again. I was asking her questions and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of them.. I then found two recliners that I was really interested in but at that time I was not ready to buy because I was just starting to shop. She gave me her card. Told me that I could text or call to ask any questions or if I decided to purchase I left the star very satisfied with the attention I received from Kelly was not pressured rushed just made you feel relaxed. I called her a day or two later told her I was interested in the one recliner and then I would be in on a Tuesday to purchase. She was there there answered any questions I had went over warranties and and delivery. I purchased the recliner and left the store satisfied.. I was notified of the delivery process as Kelly had told me and now waiting for them to deliver it.. I’ve had a very positive experience with. I’ve had a very positive experience with Steinhoff and especially Kelly.”

“I have been searching and researching for the right chair for my work-from-home experience. went to many office furniture places in the City and wasn't completely satisfied with the service, selection, and prices. so I decided to look into the suburbs for help and found Chairtech in Carpentersville. I contacted Marty, who was extremely friendly and informative over the phone. I went the next day to the showroom and was completely blown away by the selection and the knowledge and experience these guys had. They literally rebuild all the chairs at sight. Marty had me try out many chairs as he suggested that till I sit in different chairs, it's hard to know which chair is the right fit for me. I was actually there to buy a more expensive chair but he suggested that some of the lesser-known chairs that were not in my research list might be a better fit. He was right. I left their showroom extremely happy and saved a lot of money compared to what other places had for sale. I was there for at least two hours and not once did they make me feel, that I am taking too much time for purchasing just one chair. I highly recommend Marty and Chairtech for all your office and chair needs. These guys are legit and truly care about putting you in the right chair and not just the most expensive one. I will be back and will tell all my coworkers.”

“To start off, this place has a massive selection of customizable furniture. My wife and I never had adult furniture since moving into our new home a few years back and ended up finding a lovely bedroom set. Delivery and wait times were quick, we were told 4-6 weeks but had received our items in the third week of waiting. The furniture we received were high quality and durable wood, however we did have an issue with one of the soft close drawers located at the foot of the bed. This is where I want to stress that no matter how good custom furniture is, sometimes they can come in damaged in transit. We notified their store and Kimberly immediately ordered us a new bedframe drawer. Upon waiting some more, Brad (the owner) came out himself to replace the damaged drawer with the newly arrived drawer but noticed the new drawer was not sitting the way it should. He immediately told me that he will order a new set altogether to ensure flush fitment for the drawers by the bottom of our feet. Both Brad and Kimberly have been quick to respond throughout all of these issues and I have been highly impressed by their customer service attitude in order to make things right with our purchase. As a consumer purchasing a product from any store, you may encounter issues, that's just life. However, the customer service will be the one thing that separates stores from being just ok to being great.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”
