There always seems to be good sales going on and I always seem to find something useful. I have had several times now where I have had to do a job and I realized I had something that would work that I picked up at Harbor Freight, which is about the best feeling a suburban dad can have! Love this place!”

Very friendly small town atmosphere and it's not a huge big box store so less walking.

I can park right by the front door, leave my dogs in the car for a few minutes knowing they’re safe, run inside & get what I need fast, with helpful staff on the scene, without having to walk the vast parking lot & cavernous aisles at the big place across the street.”

“We had bought a workbench from this store but had a major wrong part (leg) so came back to exchange the piece when in fact we should have exchanged the whole box. The manufacturer had changed the design slightly so that the leg from the second box was totally different. We were getting SO frustrated but we were able to keep our cool with the help of your employee Rima. Without her friendly, patient and knowledge of the solution would have made it so much worse. Shout out to Rima for knowing how to take care of a very greatful customer!!”

“I stopped by to look for a Moen kitchen faucet part after trying with no success directly through the manufacturer but they didn’t have the part on hand since it’s a older faucet and unfortunately due to the Chyna virus ordering and shipping times are drastically longer than normal but the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and made a photocopy of the parts diagram and luckily I was able to order on Amazon and get the part the next day. They didn’t get a sale(no fault of their own) but they definitely made a client. Thanks gents!”

Had a dead car battery replaced it then for some reason my key wifes key wouldn't connect so i called my huntley Ziglers ACE and spoke to Mr.Jaret and he helped with a key problem i didn't understand. So jaret personally called tech support stayed on the phone until it was working properly. I will always choose this store because your a person in the community not just another nameless shopper. I am extremely grateful, please recognize this gentleman. Ziglers management
Going to the big stores is okay sometimes.But if you need to actually ask questions and have people there knowledgeable and be able to find someone and people actually ask you if they can help you, then you come to this ace. Everything from the manager to the checkout lady to the person that made keys are all nice, fairly knowledgeable.And if they don't know, they will find out for you.Happy to go there feels like your not just another number.”
