“This is my neighborhood bank and they've always been very nice and friendly. Free coin counting for clients and drive thru was newly remodeled. Very easy to spot at the corner and I've always had pleasant services. Plenty of parking and free ice cream in the summer. Can't beat that anywhere else!”

“I am a coin collector, so when I get boxes of coins from other banks, I obviously have a LOT of excess coins to go back into circulation. I almost always come here to dump of my coins in a FREE COIN COUNTER! This is HUGE. In all of the other banks around, I have to customer wrap the coins. This review was for the rep who helped me not the company and its product. 2/6/24; up-date, she helped in whatever I needed however VMS sucks, I signed a contract I didn’t know and they wouldn’t let me out. They lied on the application and I didn’t know. They put I made more than 100k a year on the credit card application and I just started this business. I was paying fees as if I was in business for years. I was closed during Covid and they kept charging me until I paid it off. Read the fine print. Find a credit card processor that doesn’t have a contract. Don’t sign anything make sure they put in big bold letters no contract or processing fees. There are companies that do this for free. VMS used clover devices; clover sucks too!!!!! They stole 2k from my bank. Their sales people are ruthless and liars they will tell you anything so you can use their products. Please do your homework there are free devices out there. Don’t sign nothing. You have to find a company that works with small start up businesses. Find my business on line CakeBurgers call me to ask me about which one I use now no contract. In fact I’m looking into another company. We as small businesses should be making money for our selves and not working for them.”

“Love the customer service at this location. While they don't have all of the knowledge readily available, they at least know who to call to get the information thus utilizing their resources well. The bank itself is large with plenty of FREE parking in the back. For those with mobility issues, they offer assistance where and when needed, and they do their best to make everyone comfortable.”
“Couldn't find a listing for the branch in Naperville, so posting here. The one I visited is on Washington Street near Trader Joe's. I needed to do some banking. The old fashioned kind where you need to speak with an actual person, not an ATM. I popped into Busey and was greeted by a teller named Karyn Ross. She was awesome! Helped me with what I needed (thanks again Karyn!) and then gave me a gentle sales pitch about their bank. It's a new Midwest bank, and it felt very much like the kind of place you'd get good service like we did before the mega banks took over. Unfortunately we are moving out of state, otherwise Busey would have had a new customer! I recommend them!”
