“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”

The rent to own options are a good way to build responsibility and experience life as a person with nice things. Some of the items are super posh and it's hard to get up from some of the seats once you test drive them!

“I stopped in last Saturday with the intention of buying something, but I had no idea what I was going to buy. I've been enjoying their YouTube videos, and I thought I would stop in to repay them for all of the entertainment by making a purchase at their store.
All of the employees were very friendly and extremely helpful, but Kevin, in particular, was really great.
He helped me in the musical instrument section of the store, and it was clear from the start that he really knew what he was talking about.
Not only was he a great salesman, but he was a pretty cool guy, in general. I walked out of there thinking, "what a great experience".
He helped me to pick out an amplification system for my electronic drum set. He took the time to demonstrate that the machine worked properly, he listened carefully and paid attention to my specific needs, and he very considerately wrote out a hand receipt that addressed my concerns for returning the device in the event that it was incompatible with my drum set.
I got the device home to find that it worked perfectly with my rig, and I have been having so much fun with it ever since.
I think I may have even been a witness to what will, most likely, be a video featured on their YouTube page. And unbelievably, I ran into an old friend that I haven't seen in 11 years while I was there!
Overall, I'm very glad that I drove out to the Trading Post from Chicago. It was an afternoon well spent, and I would recommend it to anyone.
If you're watching the videos and enjoying the material that they put out, get on down there and spend some money! They've got a lot of very cool and interesting things priced very affordably.
Pete is a welcoming host, and his animals are just as sweet and friendly in person as they seem on YouTube.
The cat walked right up to me and climbed on my leg while I was squatting down to look at something on a low shelf.

“We had a special need. My friend is in a wheelchair and I was in a boot after surgery. I couldn't push her wheelchair. The cart person was so kind and brought us the scooter. He followed us out afterward, loaded our purchases and took the scooter back without even asking. What a fine young man! I didn't catch his name but really wish I had.”

“If I could give 6 stars, I would do that! I Googled and selected this company out of excellent reviews from various websites. John and Sean came, on a morning after a heavy snow storm in a pandemic, to fix a big mess left by another electrician who failed to install my NuTone replacement of a brand new M&S intercom & Music system (with 7 speakers throughout the house) after 10 hours. They had to figure out the wrong wiring, and redo them correctly for the central control station and all 7 speakers, including an outdoor one. They pleasantly finished everything in just 2 hours. When John showed me the bill, it was way too reasonable for me to not feel guilty to accept it. I had to insist for him charging me more and add another bonus for them on top of that. Both of them are incredibly kind and capable that I wish I found them earlier.”

“Stopped in today to have my SIM card replaced and was helped by an associate named Matt (I think). He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. By far, this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. He was able to resolve the issue with my SIM card promptly and also recommended adding on the 5G Home network to our plan due to our eligibility for a substantial discount, and I'm loving the performance of the service so far. “I recently submitted an insurance claim and when I received my replacement phone, I needed assistance getting it setup. Danny explained I needed to call customer service myself or I would need to pay a connection fee. The person I was talking to via customer service was extremely confused thinking I was adding a line not transferring my service. Thankfully Danny was able to help get it sorted out and my phone was properly connected! Thank you Danny for going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! Much appreciated!!!”
