“I usually like to steer clear of rent to own furniture stores due to my terrible experience with the “other guys” but Alyssa made this experience extremely comforting. She was upfront, honest, and extremely accommodating. My current work schedule is extremely hectic but she made everything super easy by doing everything over the phone with no need for me to come into the store. She was informative the entire time and worked around my work schedule to have the items delivered on my day off.
The items were delivered on time and assembly was super quick.

“5G Store is the best!
I have been a customer since 2021. I choose 5G Store very time that I need the type of gear that they sell. The reason is simple: 'Stuff happens' ... and when it does, every single time, 5G Store has been there supporting me. Even when a product is out of warranty. Even when another product 'might' be conflicting with their product, they don't blindly pass the buck, they roll up their sleeves and help. Oh, and their tech support is USA based. A great group of guys. Maybe, maybe, if you search around the internet you might, maybe, find an item for slightly less - but don't be short sighted because 'stuff happens' and 5G Store tech support will be there for you. I wish I could give them 10 stars!”

“We went to Grand Appliance for the first time to look at washer and dryers. We were met by salesman Don Von Ebers he was very helpful in showing us all the different brands. Very friendly and made it easy to choose new washer dryer and help with setting up delivery and install. Would recommend Grand and DON TO EVERYONE ! Tom and Cathy”
“We were there this afternoon. JD did an amazing job. I believe that's his name. We went in there to get a phone case. Then we decided to go with a screen protector. He made sure he explained the plan that if we had the screen protector if we paid for the insurance on the phone then it would be covered for free however we had not. He was very informative. Made sure that we were informed with everything that he was selling us explained everything put the screen protector on and did an amazing job. We live in Wauconda the store in Wauconda no longer exist. We went down there and then again when to above & beyond.. Thank you guys. We found our new store..”

“Today we got really lucky and received help from Ivan N. We just made the switch to T - Mobile, two new phones and internet service, we’re a little older and not very high tech and Ivan got us up and running in no time. I can’t say enough about how patient, kind and courteous Ivan was, he also took his time and walked us step by step through the internet router installation process, when we got home we did everything he said and we were good to go in just a few minutes, what a nice kid, smart too. “My son’s phone was stolen while on vacation and it was quite a mess. When we got back, we came to this store and Wes was amazing at letting us know all the options available, getting the phone replaced, and restoring the data from his stolen phone. He turned a bad situation around into a good experience. I’m grateful for the support he gave us.”
“We started shopping at target exclusively six months ago or so and couldn’t believe how much better they are on quality and price. They curate their products very well so it’s easy to make a choice as to what to buy. Good and gather brand eggs are $1.69 a dozen! And they taste great! If you have been wondering like us why eggs elsewhere taste really weird and disgusting, you’re not alone. If target keeps doing things this way, we will be customers for life. We save tons of money and find everything we are looking for 99% of the time. Once in awhile they are sold out of things we like but it’s not too often and we don’t like shopping elsewhere. I have noticed the crystal lake target getting busier each time we go there so I know we aren’t alone. In not sure why other stores aren’t as good as target but they should observe how it’s done at target. Couldn’t be happier with the products, prices and people there. Someone knows what they are doing and is doing it very well.”
