“Excellent storage facility. Owners keep the facility very nice. They add gravel when needed and keep the yard weed free which keeps the bugs and critters down to almost nothing. I have spoken to the owners and they are very pleasant to talk to, very nice people. I would highly recommend UpSide storage for anyone who needs to store a boat/camper or needs inside storage for there personal items.”

“I ordered a hitch and controller from uhaul.com Yesterday the controller arrived and after finding zero info about installation on the web I went to crystal lake store for help. Will, the tech with a great beard helped me perfectly He told me I purchased the most difficult controller to install. He pulled a Better, easier model off the shelf and swapped it out. Will took it out of the box, showed me how to install. 25 minutes later, It's now working correctly on my vehicle! I give Will 5 gold stars for perfect customer service . He listened to my problem, found a solution, and said have a great day!”
