“This 5- star review is LITERALLY for relationship banker- Joy Tyda NOT the bank. I personally do not like dealing with old national bank I never did business with them but my loan was sold to them after they took over First Midwest Bank. Long story short I satisfied my car loan debt with ONB a few months earlier then the schedule last payment & my title was supposed to be sent to my home address. I waiter over 2 months and never received it. After talking to multiple reps, a manager & the IL Secretary of State & got nowhere I finally reached out to the branch directly where I first took out my car loan & had the pleasure of having Joy help me out with the situation. Problem was no one was able to get me a duplicate title or a copy of it not & the loan ONB’s loan department wasn’t giving me my title number either! It was getting ridiculous. However, Joy took charge right away & emailed who she had to, CC others that needed to be included in the emails to their loan department to make sure that this issue was going to get resolved sooner rather than later. After a couple weeks, I finally have what I need and received not only a copy of my title, but also my title number all thanks to Joy!! I would NEVER do business with ONB I dislike the way they handled everything and how good they were about taking my payments, but definitely not good at all about helping me handle the situation and if it wasn’t for Joy, I’m sure I’d still be waiting to hear back from them with more weird excuses. Thank you Joy Tyda for not only doing your job, but also going above and beyond to help someone out that is doing business with your guises bank, and that satisfied their end of the bargain! This is what exceptional customer satisfaction is which is RARE nowadays!”

“Ericka Hicks at the Chicago St. Branch in Joliet, IL is the BEST! She went the extra mile for me today and fixed a mix up that could of caused me a lot of problems. I am new to paying my car loan through the portal. I was confident that I had payed my normal payment 2 weeks ago and never had another thought about it. I have been getting a weird call that showed as BMO and a recording asking for me to call the branch because there was a issue. I assumed it was a scam and didn't think much of it. 3 days in a row of receiving this same automated call I decided to call a branch and double check if something was wrong or confirm my suspicion of a scam call. To my surprise I had a late payment and was being charged a late fee and the whole 9 yards? this made me frantic because I have fought so hard to not have any hits on my credit and was fearful that this was going to cause a derogatory mark and mess it all up. She asked for me to let her dig into all of it and she would hopefully figure out what went wrong. Stressed out all day at work I was not looking forward to dealing with this once I got off . She called me at 3pm and informed me she has everything taken care of and resolved the late fee as well and the past due payment issue. Apparently my payment was made all towards the principal and not the actual payment itself ??♀️ trying something new isn't always easy and in my case could of been really bad ? I am SO grateful that she took the time to help me instead of just having me call the 1800 number!

I was greeted right away by very nice lady. I told her I need to make deposited and she said I could use the ATM in the lobby. She asked me if I need help. I am very new with PNC and was very pleased that she was willing to show me how to use the ATM. It was very quick and convenient using the ATM.”
