2775 Plainfield Rd, JolietI boarded my dog for the first time at petsmart this weekend because my vet was completely booked and didn’t have room for my pup. I was a little hesitant at first to go somewhere new but I just went with it bc I figured why not give it a shot. When I dropped my dog off the staff was so tentative. They made sure any questions I had they answered. The next morning when I picked up my pup I walked past the group play room and saw my little guy living his best life. He was so excited to socialize with the other dogs and he looked like he was so happy. After just one day of staying at the pet hotel, the staff knew Lucky by name and told me how much of a funny little guy he was. They truly made me feel so comfortable and my little dog mom heart was so full. Lucky will definitely be back to see all his new human and doggy friends!

As my cat has gotten older, it’s been tough seeing him go through health challenges, but I always get the answers I need thanks to Dr. Youssef’s professionalism and compassion. 950 NE Frontage Rd, JolietMy cat, Toothless, was diagnosed with jaundice. The vets were very accommodating, kind, and supportive. My sweet boy lost his month long battle in the end, but I never felt like the vets didn’t put their all into trying to help him and me as well. I’m so grateful for all they did. The euthanasia process was as pleasant and peaceful as it could’ve been as well. Below are pictures of Toothless from before he got sick.

18155 Farrell Rd, JolietWe've been bringing our dogs to Kozy Kennels for over 5 years and have never had a problem. It's a traditional kennel not some fancy doggy daycare. The folks that run this understand and know how to deal with dogs which is what my two require. They have a service to wash/brush your dogs out before you pickup which is so convenient. My girls are comfortable there and I leave them confident in the care they receive. No complaints from me!!

18125 Farrell Rd, JolietWe decided to part with our sweet furry friend at Kozy Acres. Out of the two gentleman there, one was friendly, & compassionate. The other gentleman wasn’t unfriendly by any means but not very personable or warm either over the phone or in person. We were really going through a sensitive time, just losing our dog that day and felt they could have had a more warm person greeting us and answering the phone. We still had a good experience overall and chose to cremate there.
