I have a mid sized standard poodle and she smells fresh until another cut. Her hair is perfectly trimmed. Plus her nail were done excellent. They complete this in 2 hours and that's never happened before which took over 4 hours to do.

924 N State St, LockportSuper great place to get any pet grooming done. My cat needed a bath and trim badly. The owner was very professional and gentle with him. O was even allowed to sit with him after he bath. I’m taking my other two cats next week to get bathed. Highly recommend and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For every visit, we rarely waited more than a few minutes in the lobby...sometimes we walked right into a room...and then only waited a short time before the tech or vet came in. Dr. DeMoor was always very professional, listened to us if we had questions and then fully explained his conclusions. And our dog loved him. While our dog fought cancer for her last few months he did what he could to make her comfortable and he was very honest on the situation, which I appreciated. At the end, they fit us in at the last minute to put her down and made the entire process as easy as possible. Even received a nice card with a great note from Dr. DeMoor and signed by others in the hospital a few days later. We couldn't ask for more.

My previous dog, Whiskey, had a large lump that was cancerous that needed to be removed. The previous ver was not able to handle a lump this large.
The surgeons and staff were so kind. The surgeon called me himself to explain the situation. He called to check on her. (I think he's retired since) This was a few years ago. Whiskey did pass away because the cancer had spread.
Now my dog Homer, had a lump, same location on his leg.
I knew when I first saw the lump appear to get bigger that I was going to come back to this location because of the professionalism, knowledge and care they've shown to my dog and me through that difficult time.
Still excellent service. The surgeon and the tech were very understanding. They listened to my concerns and checked every skin tag and lump on him. Yes, one proved to be cancerous. Again, the surgeon explained everything thoroughly. And again followed up with a phone call before the surgery.
When I requested to have an X-ray to be sure everything else was clear, they gladly did so. He showed the X-ray to me and assured me that everything appears to be clear.
Yes, of course this is expensive, but I'd rather spend the money now than wait and cost twice as much.
After the surgery. the tech VERY THOROUGHLY explained after care, medicine use and if there was ANY issues to not hesitate to call.
Then they followed up with a text. This was not a robo text. I responded that he's doing well and eating. Yhe I had a reply back!
The personal service I've experienced here is far better than other places I've been.
Sure there's places to go for convenience or because they're inexpensive. Or it's just time for the annual shots. But when there's a problem, I feel this VCA location has my trust. I'll be going here from now on.

After the first day of training she came home knowing how to heal and after 4 lessons she can walk on a loose leash and doesn't bark at anything. I am very impressed.
