PetSmart
21430 Wolf Road, MokenaThis PetSmart went above and beyond. The PetSmart app had let me put in an online pickup order at 7:45 by mistake. I planned to go ASAP and wait for it to be ready in the lot. I called the store to double check my order because the sign said no curbside was available past 7pm. Upon calling a woman answered and told me that my order hadn't been picked and asked if I could wait until tomorrow because of how late it was. I told her I was there in the parking lot and despite my misunderstanding she was very polite and pulled my order immediately. 10 minutes later an employee came rushing out with my entire order. For point of reference, I was 8 months pregnant, my mother has driven me and she's 60+ y.o. and we were both expecting for my phone to ding and for one of us to waddle in. When we saw this young woman heading straight to us we couldn't believe the level of customer service that had been displayed by not only the woman on the phone, my expedited order and the employee who did the shopping and came out immediately to assist us. My only regret was not getting the employees name that rushed out my order. My kitty babies lived to see another happy dinner and my mother and I were very grateful for the polite convenience.

Pet Care
Mokena Animal Clinic
9455 West 191st Street, MokenaVery pleased with Mokena Animal Clinic. I just started all 3 of my cats here. You may have to wait a month or 2 for a new client appointment, but worth the wait. Check in is quick and we were taken to a room right away, no sitting in the lobby. Dr. Berry is excellent. Very thorough and answered my questions and explained things well. Check out is quick and your charges are explained. So happy to have my cats seen here.

Grace Veterinary Center (formerly Nighthawk Veterinary Clinic) - Michael Wilson, DVM
11600 Francis Road Unit D, MokenaI absolutely love it here! They are the only vet in the area I trust with my pup.. and I have tried many of them out. Not only are they kind and informative, they aren’t pushy about things I am not comfortable doing. They have twice now been able to squeeze me in when my Boxer has had issues. Thank you thank you THANK YOU guys! Rizzo is excited to go and see either Doctor every time ????❤️
