“Great, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.
I would highly recommend this facility, they take pride in what they do.”

Multiple different employees took their time to help me. They try to help you save money by informing you about the awards/deals etc. The Velo rep (Victor) also has won me over from ZYN which I would go thru 1 a day to now VELO. “Had a great experience today at CVS. My scheduled vaccine appointment went very smoothly with no wait. The technician was excellent at giving me the vaccine and make sure I had no questions. Whenever I need a vaccine, I schedule it at CVS. Have never been disappointed.”

“Exactly as would be expected at such a place.... Quick service, in and out, etc. They have the usual selection of candy, chips and drinks, with a typical selection of phone chargers and other sundries available. It's NOT in cook county, so instead of paying 15 bucks for a pack of smokes, it costs under 10 bucks here. Well worth the extra 10 minutes of driving time.”

“I heard they are under new ownership and I have to say that this 7-Eleven is the cleanest, and well-stocked 7-Eleven I’ve been to. They also just renovated and it shows. So glad I have this location close to home. I’m all about the coffee, Big Gulp, and Slurpees. For the Slurpee I was blown away at how many different flavors they have! There is a reason why I keep coming back. The only criticism I would have is that they need to fix their gas signage to ensure they are the most up to date pricing. Other than that! Highly recommend!”

“So, i read about this place and gave it a shot, I am glad I did, they make around 5-6 sandwich's/panini's the ingredients are fresh, And the guy who Builds these tasty Paninis does it with such great care, its nothing like a typical sub shop where they slap it together this guy does a fantastic job. this is in this little store, and he turns out some of the best Paninis I've ever tasted. do yourself a favor and stop in. you won't regret it. yum!”

The staff and pharmacists working there are friendly and always hustling when I’ve been there. Any issues I’ve experienced are usually from my doctor’s office honestly. Nothing but good experiences with this staff and they are kind, prompt and helpful. Keep it up guys!”

“The Shell soft touch Wash Service resolved my issue. The wash is not owned by the Shell, but by a separate company. They compensated me for scratches that I believe occurred when I heard a clicking noise going through the reciprocating washer in June (vertical scratch marks every 2 feet along the top of my passenger side doors). The fastest path to resolution is to ask Billy (the Wash Manager) to give you the 1-800 number and leave a message. RESOLVED”
