“My wife and I went out on Thursday July 2 to run some errands. Didn't plan to stop into Mattress Firm but we did as we were wanting a new bed. Anyway Sanjeev Gupta met us at the door. He was great, we explained our situation and he understood exactly what we were looking for. He showed us 2 different types of bed explaining each one. We went home thought about it and called him to see when he would be there on Friday July 3rd. We told him we would be in. A crazy storm moved through the area on the 3rd and the store lost power. He called us to let us know so we didn't make an unproductive trip. We went in on July 4th and sealed the deal. I think Sanjeev went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'll be referring people to Sanjeez. Thank you Sanjeev!”

“Buying and setting up delivery was very simple. The mattress is great. A few weeks after receiving the mattress, George reached out to me to see how things were going. I told him the mattress was great, but I forgot to request having my old boxspring and mattress hauled away. George was very prompt and accommodating in scheduling people to take away my mattress and box spring. I will definitely use this store again when I need my next mattress.”

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a long time. These guys are the best! I purchased a fireplace insert from H&H and initially had issues with its operation, (it was a new design) Ed felt they were important enough to put me in touch with the manufacturer. Who listened and actually modified the design for their inserts going forward. They retrofitted my unit and it made such a huge difference.
None of that would have happened if Ed hadn’t taken the time to make sure that the customer was happy. I can’t endorse them enough.”

“Fantastic service. We purchased some stools from here for an out of state location. They got them shipped from the manufacturer to said location. And when there was an imperfection on one of the vinyl seats, they assisted me with getting a free replacement and instructing me on how to do assembly.

“My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! Thank you Maya for helping me with everything and RoomPlace for getting these styles available to be delivered to my home?”

“I bought a custom ottoman that was just too big and it has a specific leg structure which isn’t standard. I reached out to a few companies but decided to go with Brother’s because the pricing was exactly what it should be. Val’s communication was great, I’m hard to get a reach of during the day so his team would leave me voicemails and he would follow up with emails. The ottoman was cut down on all sides and the legs.. perfect. Plus they picked it up and dropped it off for me. Brother’s is amazing, highly recommend. Thank you Val and team!”

“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”

“You can find some very unique items, from furniture, food and kitchen and dining wares. However, I do find them to be a bit pricy unless you get it on sale. Otherwise I live this place, my mom and I bond when we go there.”
