“Alex orchestrated a fantastic phone-buying experience! My wife and I were switching from T-mobile and getting two new iPhone 17 pros and an Apple Watch SE with phone plan. T-Mobile told me our plan was no longer going to be available and was raising our monthly rate by $12 a month.
Alex was knowledgeable and was able to guide us on the best phone purchase for our family. He then scoured all of his resources and was able to find several discount for us. Long story short, our new plan with Xfinity costs about the same as our old T-Mobile plan but with brand new phones and an added line.
Also Alex was able to give us a discount on our Xfinity internet. Alex went the extra mile on his helpfulness, he didn’t try to oversell us, and he was transparent during the whole sale.
