“We are so lucky to have this gas station in our town. Quite often, we need to drive long distances to a special veterinarian appointment for a breeding or to deliver a puppy out of town. “My car broke down at the BP while my 17 yr old was driving it. He was very upset and stressed about it and wasn’t sure what to do. I couldn’t help for almost two hours. They were very understanding, when they easily could have had it towed! I thank them dearly for being patient and understanding! To whomever the lady working from 4 to 6, thank you! We truly appreciate you!”

“Stopped by this gas station for a break from the road and a refuel. The pumping area was clean and easy to navigate. It is close to a 7 Eleven and a few other stores and restaurants which make it a convenient stop. The windshield washing stations has clean refill and did not appear or smell stagnant.
I deducted a star because the fuel price was expensive compared to what I paid elsewhere. Other than that, it was a good stop.”
“I highly recommend Hy-Vee Pharmacy.
They have wonderful people who help you with any questions you may have about your medications. They also make pill packs for you. Many pharmacies don’t.
One day I asked if they sold a few over-the-counter medicines I needed. The girl knew exactly where they were and brought them to me.”

“This gas station doesn't ever have the cheapest gas, doesn't have the most competitive prices on snacks or drinks but I always end up stopping here for fuel and a drink in the morning because of the people. It's one of the few places left in Sycamore where a true Cheers type of small town relationship with the employees and even the other folks who stop around the same time every day happens.”

“Best place for ice cream in town hands down, also freshly made cookies that are to die for. All inclusive candy isle and snacks. But also has a neat novelty toy section and displays by register for purchase. Let’s just say the impulse section has worked on me. But the overall experience is like entering the country America once used to be, old time Americana vibes no way to describe it but just a lovely gas station.”

“Great customer service. I went there to get some kerosene, and the person on duty gladly made sure the pump was operational. I'm sure more gets used during the heating season. All worked out perfectly, and I paid inside since there isn't a card reader on that pump. The kerosene is reasonably priced, and it was a great experience because the attendant was very helpful and conscientious.”

“I visited the neighboring stop for the car. SAME spot, really. One side is for TRUCKS, the other is for CARS, sharing the same STORE. ... Very modern, excellent, ... unleaded GAS was the cheapest for miles, on that day. Will come again, when I do not take I 90 to Rockford. MANY THANKS ... ?????? UPDATED 4 Oct 2021 .... Stop here again for gas, took a few more photos for fun ... STILL the CHEAPEST for miles .... ?????? MANY THKS again!”
“Murphy's tends to be the least cost per gallon in the Belvidere area. The inside is small but clean and the attendees are always nice, professional and helpful!! Not to mention Marlboro price for two packs is decent too! Thank YOU Murphy's....you're "my gas station" and Walmart is "my store"! ??”

“No complaints here. There's a Mobile station on either side of the highway. Both stations connect by means of the bridge which provides a number of fast food restaurants. The gas prices are about the same as others down the road so you won't be ripped off. I notice people get lured in by signs that read "last oasis", however not far down the road on west bound 94 there are other stations.”

“Yesterday my vehicle told me that my tire pressure was low. I immediately started to panic because I was on my way to Wisconsin. I saw that circle k had a tire pump but I had never used one before. I went inside to ask if one of the clerks could help and he willingly help me. He went out of his way to make sure that each of my tires was pumped up. I wish I could remember his name. It was great customer service for something that he did not have to do. Thank you”

“This has to be one of the best Casey's I ever regularly visit, and I go to a lot of 'em.
Everything is always so fresh and clean, the crew in the kitchen churn out delicious looking donuts, muffins, cookies, brownies, hot food, slices. Everything is always clean and fresh. Well stocked store and the crew at the registers are always so cute, fun, and chill. Love this place! Whatever y'all are doing, keep it up!! And I'll be back to cure all my munchie needs. ?”
