But even if there's a line I don't mind because they have all of the other post offices in the area beat in customer service. And I'm pretty sure they offer all of the same services as the big ones, just with a smile. service”

I live in St Charles and go out of my way to come here; the St Charles post office is horrendous, they close during the afternoon when they want, they are rude and take forever even when dropping a simple package. Porsche and Brian are always friendly and helpful every time I come in to drop off items-which I do weekly.”

“I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews, as thankfully, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been coming for years, and while the queues and waiting times can be a bit long, I’ve always received excellent service from the only one teller working. The postal service clerk handles everything professionally and efficiently. The place might not be spick and span, but it’s still worth popping back to whenever neccessary.”
“Jennifer, the clerk at the Geneva Post Office went out of her way to reach out to another postal facility regarding a certified letter that was mailed to me June 23, 2024 and I have not received as of July 7, 2025. She sent at email to another postal facility asking them to investigate this issue and to reply to her email with their findings as soon as possible. Thank you Jennifer.”
