“For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.”
“I bought a Toro mower from them this summer, 2025. Friendly and personable people to deal with. Pricing on the mower was great. I'd do business with them again.”
“First time visiting this ACE location, good music, clean store, very presentable. An associate approach me right away to assist and guided me to where I needed to be. I needed glue for a show repair, another associate asked me if I needed help and I brought up what kind of project I was trying to do and guided me to the correct product. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and I was in and out quickly.
All the staff was great! Will definitely come back for my needs”
“This is one of my favorite places to visit- prices are fair, their inventory is surprisingly extensive considering the size of the shop, and the staff is friendly & super helpful! They're truly good neighbors and time seems to slow down while you chit chat about projects you all are doing. Great neighborhood place that I hope stays forever and ever and ever!”
“Not the cheapest spot depending on what you're getting, but the employees tend to be really helpful and nice, and it's definitely a good place if you need a really particular part (such as when our hose valve kept leaking). We usually come in for propane for our business—you can get both tanks and refills here. We are part of their rewards program so we're always getting coupons sent to us. Love perusing the garden center, good plant selection during that season.”
“I can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hortons. I made a very small purchase there. Got to my truck and battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to help me out. Wes came out with a charger that was not strong enough. He then got the forklift and cables then got me started! Thanks Wes! I have great experiences at so many Aces!!!”
“Very happy with recent service from AG. He replaced a plexiglass storm window panel with bent aluminum frame, and the hardware on a sliding storm window panel from a porch door. Relatively small jobs, but he took care to complete the repairs right and at a low price. Communication throughout the process was also great. Highly recommended.”
“Overnight low temperatures recently started and wouldn't you know it, my furnace decided to take a break. I spent a couple hours calling local supply houses for parts with no luck.
I called Tony from Jenin Supply and he may operate one of the few if not the only supply house open to the public. He had the induced blower motor I needed to repair my furnace, and at a great price. His professionalism and courtesy took me back to better days. I'll definitely shop at and recommend Jenin Supply to everyone I know. Thanks Tony.”
“This store is awesome. I have never had a bad experience. I always get the product or help that I need. Everyone is helpful but Sue and Karl are exceptional. They are why I love shopping local small businesses.”
“Thanks to the young man who had all the bolts and washers etc ready for me when I showed up. A real stand up young man. Places like this with people who go the extra step make me keep wanting to come back. Thank you again so much”
“Why spend 30 to 60 extra minutes at a big box store when you can park and get in and out under 10 minutes here.Competitive prices but exceptional help.Unlike trying to find someone in an orange or green shirt who works in a specific department and avoids contact; here they seek you out to see if there is anything they can help you with. And they have always been good at advice on a project.Support your local hardware store or you will loose it.”

“Been going to John & Michael for years. They helped me when I was struggling. Made me feel as if I’m part of O’Leary’s. A goto for anything in construction. I started with a bike & a paint brush 30yrs ago. Mike & John been with me all along the way. Now fixing and building bridges. Kind, professional and inexpensive for any construction needs.”
“I needed help! With my purchase.
I was helped !!
Was so satisfied with the customer service, I went back and purchased another item I was going to get at another store.
Thanks for hiring the best employees!!”
“I would highly recommend this Ace Hardware. The are very Knowledgable and friendly. Ethan is an asset to your store. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I had a car key problem and was told at the dealership I had to get a new key because my nail was rounded and it could not open. Ethan tried everything to make it happen and he did! I dont have to pay $110 for a new key. All I wanted to do was replace a battery and get it opened and he managed to figure it out and the dealership couldnt. Thank you Ethan for making my day. Also please note your other employees on staff at 4 p.m. on 11/14/25 was outstanding and friendly.”
“Everyone who works here is so helpful and very kind. It is family owned and the owner is always happy to order things I need, but most often has them in stock, helps find things and with bringing out to car when it is alot or heavy. He has patiently assisted with more complicated home repair, plumbing situations we have had come up as well as picking paint colors for dollhouse walls and was equally attentive to our little customers questions.”
“Love this place. For the most part everyone is helpful and most are friendly lol. I hear a lot of people nicknamed the store; CRAPPY BEAVER! But I don't think it's CRAPPY at ALL!”

“You may find better prices, where? I don't know. One thing you won't find is better service. Once you get someone to assist you, they will put all their heads together and help figure it out. Nothing but good things to say. If I need something specific, I skip Home Depot and come here.”
“I go here often. It has a small hardware store feel because the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but is pretty large for a small hardware store once you realize there are two upstairs sections.”
“Awesome, friendly, helpful service! The prices of merchandise is reasonable and it's easy to find what you're looking for here. The store is clean and organized.”
“The absolute best customer service and the friendliest staff. Very down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely seems to love what they do. The best location I’ve been to so far. Keep up the amazing job!”
“Locked my keys in my car. These guys helped me to get back in AND didn't want to charge me anything. I forced some cash in them (but not enough).
Still some great people in this world who don't stepping in and helping someone in a bind.
BIG THANKS!”
“Finally a real hardware store.
Needed a tap to fix threads on a bathroom fixture are he was able to give me the proper size, along with a single 2.5mm hex wrench.
Nowhere else could help me.”
“Great customer service and knowledgeable!!! I couldn’t find the part I needed elsewhere and these guys took the time to talk with me and found the perfect solution! Greatly appreciate the effort! It WORKS!!!”
“I have visited this location a number of times since moving to the area. There is always someone who can help you find what you are looking for or can help you fix something vs completely replacing it. I would recommend starting here for your DIY project”
“I always give ace hardware my business ! They have knowledgeable employees who bend over backwards to help you ! I'm a personal chef and I get my knives sharpened their. No matter what store you patronize the employees are really nice.”
“Helpful, knowledgable, and genuine people. A good selection of typical things you'd look for in a neighborhood hardware store. The lumber selection is pretty good, too, and the cuts they do (for a fee) are substantially better than big box stores. If they don't have something, folks I've talked to are more than happy to refer you to another local store that might help. My go-to for all hardware and projects.”
“All the employees are quick, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of faucet cartridges and before I could say anything he had the correct replacements in hand. The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.”
“Walter and Cedric were awesome. They call to let me know when they will be arriving and was on time. They saw that I was having some difficulty moving things out of my old refrigerator and took care of that for me. Totally wish that more people can be like them. Very hands on. Thank you ,thank you”

“We had a smooth and easy experience yesterday. The staff was wonderful. Mary Beth at the counter was so patient and knowledgable. She was so cheerful! Thank you so much Mary Beth!”
“I always stop here first.
When we moved to the area about 10 years ago and I needed to ream out the threads on an old hot water heater drain. I tried a bunch of options but ultimately went to Ace to get a 1/2” tap. I asked for help, they quickly showed me that part, but when I hesitated ($50) they asked what I needed it for. I told them it was only to clean out some threads and I’d probably never use it again. He told me to wait right there and he came back with the tap from their own toolbox. “Just bring it back”. Wait, so you’ll lose the $50 sale and trust me to bring this back? Amazing and a shining example of what we should all support by keeping our business with local, family owned shops.
They will forever be my first stop.
While it’s impossible for them to have everything, the selection is broad and they carry most of what you’ll need.
Thanks guys! We appreciate you.”
