“For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.”

“This is one of my favorite places to visit- prices are fair, their inventory is surprisingly extensive considering the size of the shop, and the staff is friendly & super helpful! “Not the cheapest spot depending on what you're getting, but the employees tend to be really helpful and nice, and it's definitely a good place if you need a really particular part (such as when our hose valve kept leaking). We usually come in for propane for our business—you can get both tanks and refills here. We are part of their rewards program so we're always getting coupons sent to us. Love perusing the garden center, good plant selection during that season.”
“I can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hortons. I made a very small purchase there. Got to my truck and battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to help me out. “Very happy with recent service from AG. He replaced a plexiglass storm window panel with bent aluminum frame, and the hardware on a sliding storm window panel from a porch door. Relatively small jobs, but he took care to complete the repairs right and at a low price. Communication throughout the process was also great. Highly recommended.”
“Overnight low temperatures recently started and wouldn't you know it, my furnace decided to take a break. I spent a couple hours calling local supply houses for parts with no luck.
I called Tony from Jenin Supply and he may operate one of the few if not the only supply house open to the public. He had the induced blower motor I needed to repair my furnace, and at a great price. “I would highly recommend this Ace Hardware. The are very Knowledgable and friendly. Ethan is an asset to your store. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I had a car key problem and was told at the dealership I had to get a new key because my nail was rounded and it could not open. Ethan tried everything to make it happen and he did! I dont have to pay $110 for a new key. All I wanted to do was replace a battery and get it opened and he managed to figure it out and the dealership couldnt. Thank you Ethan for making my day. Also please note your other employees on staff at 4 p.m. on 11/14/25 was outstanding and friendly.”
“Everyone who works here is so helpful and very kind. It is family owned and the owner is always happy to order things I need, but most often has them in stock, helps find things and with bringing out to car when it is alot or heavy. He has patiently assisted with more complicated home repair, plumbing situations we have had come up as well as picking paint colors for dollhouse walls and was equally attentive to our little customers questions.”

The lumber selection is pretty good, too, and the cuts they do (for a fee) are substantially better than big box stores. If they don't have something, folks I've talked to are more than happy to refer you to another local store that might help. My go-to for all hardware and projects.”

The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.”

“I always stop here first.
When we moved to the area about 10 years ago and I needed to ream out the threads on an old hot water heater drain. I tried a bunch of options but ultimately went to Ace to get a 1/2” tap. I asked for help, they quickly showed me that part, but when I hesitated ($50) they asked what I needed it for. I told them it was only to clean out some threads and I’d probably never use it again. He told me to wait right there and he came back with the tap from their own toolbox. “Just bring it back”. Wait, so you’ll lose the $50 sale and trust me to bring this back? Amazing and a shining example of what we should all support by keeping our business with local, family owned shops.
They will forever be my first stop.
While it’s impossible for them to have everything, the selection is broad and they carry most of what you’ll need.
