“I love this Vet Clinic! The entire staff: techs, docs, and receptionists are professional, friendly, helpful I have been bringing Athena, my German Shepherd, here for 10 years. Doctor Paul basically cured her allergies. She feels soooooo much better. It's a family owned business which I think makes the quality and customer investment a notch above.”
“All 4 dirty paws is the best place to take your furbaby for grooming. Very friendly and welcoming staff. My furbaby was taken care of with such love and was groomed just like i wanted. They deserve way more than 5 stars. I highly recommend!!!”

“Xavier was the most helpful person I could ever ask for. In the recent winter freeze I realized my dog needed snow shoes, after going to MULTIPLE stores I called this location. Not only did he tell me that they had them in stock but also told me how to measure my dogs feet for the right sizing and explain everything to me so well. Genuinely so thankful for urban mutt and their employees!”
“I just want to say the way some of these customers treat some of these wonderful and friendly employees is purely disgusting and disrespectful!!! I witnessed a customer talking aweful to a groomer and I had to put them in their place!!! I’ve been coming to this location for years!!!!! I hope Petsupply plus can agree some customers are not always right some are completely miserable and looking for an altercation especially at this location because that wasn’t the first time I witnessed this and props to the employees for keeping their cool and letting the customers talk down to them instead of lashing back. Whoever is in charge, protect your employees with all costs. My family been getting our dog groomed here for a very long time and all the groomers are amazing from the employees that been there long to the new ones I’ve never had a Problem!!! I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area. My German shepherd loves it here.”

“I’ve been a loyal member here for years and I usually have amazing experiences, but my mom brought my dog in today for his 11th birthday and did not have the experience.My mom mentioned it was his birthday and bought him treats, but the girl helping her did not seem interested in the slightest and was anything but helpful. She also failed to give my dog his free treats for his birthday. Very disappointing.”
“As long as you're not looking for a pizza or an Italian beef and you're looking for pet related stuff, this place is pretty good. They had a very cute orange tabby there for adoption and we talked for a bit. Well, I did most of the talking. He just looked like he wanted to go home with me or some other very nice person ( I don't mean to imply that I'm very nice, maybe just nice most of the time. I'm sure there are those out there who would say I'm more of a jerk than a nice guy, but those would not be cats ( or dogs ).Anyway, they seem to be a little understaffed at times, but the cats are cool and everyone who works there is pretty helpful. The prices are what they are. They are ok overall. If you want to get a car however, stop on by. I don't remember the orange tabby's name, but it started with a "V". Did I say he was pretty cute? One of his ears has a boo boo on it, but he's a trooper.”

“Not only for four legged beings! Donny let the name fool you, although it is a nice pet boutique with delectable treats and nice quality food for cats and dogs. They are helped with questions on any of their products, from dog boots, coats and food. In addition to pet needs there are fun Chicago and Oak Park themed souvenirs. Everyone has been friendly in Scratch NSniff, with a convenient downtown Oak Park Location.”

“This location although small, still has a wide variety of pet products. The pricing is ok, but they offset that by offering percentage coupons via their rewards program or the back of jewel receipts, and or online price matching.The place is always clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. This place really gives me the old school small neighborhood pet store vibe, while still being big enough to carry all your pet needs.”

“What can I really say about PerSmart...except they have a large variety of cat food...which is what pertains to us...and a heck of a lot if other stuff u can find for ur cats too...and also a karge dog selection if food and items...they have birds there and sometimes other adoptable small animals...and i even think i have seen cats there for adoption too...very friendly and helpful associates...and it is nice that people can also bring their pets into the store too...never used their clinic...so do not really know much about that...defenitely worth giving this place a chance....much luv...k”

They have everything I need all the time and the staff is so helpful it's disgusting, there are always helping and helping even carrying your purchases to your car without even asking!
