“We took our two dogs here to get their nails trimmed. The groomer couldn't have been nicer. One of the dogs was very skittish, and she kept talking to him in a very calm voice to keep him calm. I wish I knew her name to give her the proper recognition she deserves.”
“My Frenchie Nalo had a nail trim service and Kathleen was extremely patient with this fussy puppy who did not enjoy the grinder. Treats and puppy food are reasonably priced as well.”

“I had a terrific experience at PETCO Highland Park because of the staff. They really go out of their way to answer all questions. It was fairly busy when I was there a few days ago, but both employees were great at multi-tasking and answering questions even when handling customers. “Wonderful training with Connie. Our golden retriever took 4 classes there over the last two years, from beginner puppy through fun trick classes as a two year old. She makes it fun for dogs and owners. A great deal for high quality training.

“I wanted to leave a review to recognize the cashier who helped me during my visit today at the Gurnee PetSmart location. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but her associate ID on my receipt is A-509580.
She was incredibly patient and took the time to make sure my coupons were applied correctly so I received the proper discounts. She was kind, helpful, and never once made me feel rushed during the process.
While I was checking out, another customer behind me became extremely rude and impatient and even used a derogatory slur toward the cashier. Despite the situation, she remained calm, professional, and respectful the entire time. It honestly impressed me how well she handled such an uncomfortable moment.
I ended up speaking up because the comment was completely unnecessary, but I wanted to make sure she receives recognition for how kind and professional she was throughout the entire interaction. Employees like her make a big difference in the customer experience.

“Good experience at a great price. It will not fit a Tideline 11.3 AIO it’s about 1/8 inch too wide for the compartments but I put it straight in the tank to test run. Simple set up, ordering was a breeze, all good.”
