My SUV wasn't turning on after I picked up my cavapoo from getting her vaccines, and he actually took a moment to help me get my car started! I would've had to wait hours for AAA. That was such a kind gesture. The other employee was the one that was asking all his colleagues who would be able to help me! I am blown away by the kindness of this store and its employees. They also always treat my cavapoo with such care. So thank you! You guys are amazing!”

“Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!”

“I came in frantic taking my new kitten to the vet. I was very lost and confused as it was my first pet and I asked the perfect person for help. I feel terrible I forgot her name but she was a young blood lady with colored eyes, beautiful hand tattoos and the first name started with an N or an M. She was very helpful and offered to assemble my carrier at the register. She was so empathetic and my experience here was so much better because of her. I wish that more retail places had workers with such a kind heart.”
