“I had a great experience shopping here. The worker's always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed and we're so patient. They are very respectful and compassionate. Who ever is doing the hiring process deserves a raise because I have been here multiple times and it is very rare that all a business's employees are so welcoming and helpful and yet not overbearing. I enjoyed shopping her and came back with my children. My feet were so swollen and the shoes the worker recommended had my feet feeling well and less swollen the next day. “I lost the bottom of the heel on one of my favorite boots. I came in Saturday they gave me a ticket and said come back Wednesday. I came back picked them up and they were perfect. They even replaced the heel on the non broken boot as well so they'd match. It was a very quick in and out service. I appreciate the help so much.”

“Decent prices if you're willing to dig around a bit and aren't an especially tough size. Clearance pricing good for clothing and shoes for men and women but not the cheapest for kids sizes. Will come back but will do so before I'm desperate for new shoes for the little one so that it's not a rush. Felt more outlet style than clearance but worked out well and birthday teenager got good stuff.”

“The young high school kids were kind of rude and dismissive when I asked them for help on looking for some Ugg boots. One of them made a comment stating how stuck off and snobby I was. I am not. He just didn’t wanted to help me after I asked him to. The manager Donna (I think that’s her name) saved the whole situation. She and the other ladies and 2 dudes tried to look for the boots that I was looking for. That manager deserved a raise and that child (whomever he belongs to, and clearly he didn’t sound like he came from our northbrook areas) needs to learn customer service.”

“Truly the best store owners! We stopped in the morning due to some tire issues and arrived before they opened, but the store owners helped us anyways. Love the air compressor built into the front of the store for filling up tires outside the store (see bottom right corner of picture). Ask about the history of the store and know that you’re supporting a local business that really cares about their customers. My heart warmed when they said “we don’t have customers, we only have friends”.”
