My car wasn’t producing heat, and I wanted to avoid going to a mechanic, so I decided to buy some coolant. An employee named Bill approached me and asked if I needed help. I simply asked for his recommendation on what to buy, and he quickly sensed that I was a bit out of my depth.
After purchasing the product, I went to the parking lot to open my hood, and to my surprise, Bill walked over to my car. He told me to wait inside while he took a look. He spent about 30 minutes diagnosing and fixing the issue!
It’s refreshing to know that there are still good people out there. Bill refused to accept any payment, saying he enjoys helping others. He truly deserves a raise ASAP!

If she could of yelled any louder than she was she would of, heard here clear out in parking lot, and here she was throwing a till over a 5.00 coupo n on broom that she Bought n used Coupon but wanted thst COUPON back or the money, but your girl was so calm, handled it well and that gets 2 thumbs up. Dealt w those customers 25 yrs in retail and nothing makes em fell worse than you being cool calm n collected, wtg young lady.”

“I wouldn't compare Plaza True Value with big box stores (Home Depot and Menards) or even Ace, because they provide services that other stores don't, such as window screens, window panes, and rekeying locks. Super helpful and friendly staff too.”

“It's so nice when I can leave a positive review when it comes down to tech vs humans. Had to use a $200 gift card and bought a bunch of household stuff. They didn't have dishwasher pods in stock, and since I used have gift card half debit card... it was a little bit of a challenge getting the store credit. Louise from customer service was very involved with helping me get the credit back. I had to go in, and picked up some toilet paper while I was there to use up the credit. Jeremiah checked me out and he was so kind, went a got a cart for me since it was two huge containers and my car was on the other side near customer service. Minus one star for the trouble of going into the store twice for this store credit, but everyone was nice and didn't have to talk to a machine.”
