“So thought wait time would be long it was shorter than expected but all tow companies seem to take long so it was a nice surprise. I did have an officer to talk to to pass the time so that might have helped. Nice young polite man arrived. He tried to jump my old old old car. His cables did not work but he had a enough humility to use mine, after his portable charger did not work as well. Eventually we got it running after about 15 minutes of team work. ha As I was saying thank you and good bye he said do you use Google so I could write a review. I thought how old do you think I am. haha Needless to say my insurance covered the bill and my wife arrived with our van and could have jumped me but it was nice to have a back if that did not pan out. Good kid (young man), polite, and quick. Interesting day of driving to say the least. #google #stillinmythirties ;-)”

“Albert came out and saved me when my tire blew out yesterday. My State Farm App gave me a time frame of 45-75min for roadside to arrive, once he was dispatched I waited less than 20min. He was kind and comforting, changed my tire so fast, and helped me get my spare inflated (after 6 years in the trunk it was a little flat), he made sure I had everything I need for my tire to be replaced today. I think he could tell I was a bit shaken by everything that happened so he made sure I was okay. If you need a tow or roadside help ask for Albert.”

“After a breakdown last winter and tow to my usual mechanic, I was told I needed a new engine but they didn't do that level of work there. I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. Once parts arrived, work was completed sooner than predicted. The car has been running seamlessly ever since. I would definitely recommend.”
“I almost never write reviews but I really want to show my thanks to the staff here who basically saved my life today. My boyfriend and I were driving to the promenade when suddenly my tire blew out on the onramp to I-355. I've never had that happen before and we had to pull over in a very dangerous spot, and it turned out that the old tire was rusted and stuck on. My insurance wanted a crazy fee to send someone out "just to look at it" so I took the risk of driving the 2 miles from there to Costco. They were closing at 6 and it was about 5:50, and I didn't even have a membership card on me. I explained what had happened to the staff at the car center and they had me pull my car into the garage, were able to pop the old tire off and install my spare for me free of charge. I truly cannot thank them enough, they solved what could have been a very stressful and expensive problem like it was nothing at all. Thank you so much! I hope whoever is in charge at this Costco sees this and rewards the staff who were working because they seriously saved the day for me and, and you have some awesome people working here.”

“Mr. Steger (Dave) and his brother, were referred to me by my neighbor, when I was in need of a good local mechanic trustworthy & reasonable. Mr. Steger is fantastic and thorough. He takes the time to fix the real problem, not just doing a band-aid fix like many mechanics. I have been very impressed by Dave's help, kindness & being a very knowledgeable great guy as well. I trust them with any of my vehicles for great work at a fair price. You will too. Their shop was hard to find with a small window placque sign but he is there...look for the cars parked outside their shop.”
