Jordan has been one of my tellers inside for several years and he is always so pleasant and remembers me, and what I like. Vic, she's been here, I think less than a year, and she is always so warm and welcoming, and she remembers me too, as Jordan trained her very well! Purva, has assisted me a few times, when needed and she is always welcoming every customer in with a hello, how are you today, when we walk into the bank and is a delight to get assistance with! Jhovanna, is there a lot and she is so terrific at everything and she does everything to, from being a banker to helping to be a teller when they get busy! Finally, the wonderful VP of the branch, Angela, she has been here to, since I opened my account and Angela has always been so very dedicated to her customers and a great leader for the banks staff. “This bank has by far, the best group of people I’ve met in a bank! There are always a few people at every place that are good, but HPB&T has the whole team that treats you like old friends. Jon Levey the president, is on the floor like everyone else, there to help you with whatever you need. He actually has been a tremendous help to me on several occasions regarding both, personal and business banking. I’m strongly recommending HPB&T!

“When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem. I know most are quick to leave negative reviews, but after moving away I miss this bank. I now frequent a Wintrust near my new residence and it can't hold a candle to this branch.”
“Ive been banking here for many years. Their personal banking services, and their customer services are absolutely great. Their tellers are always friendly and their personal bankers (especially Catherine and Denise) are super helpful. Their online bill pay works well for both business and consumer banking and allows transfers, etc. They always have good coffee and snacks/treats for the kids and in general it is a pleasure to stop by the bank. I've never tried to borrow money from Wintrust.”

“This is a small community bank, the northbrook location seems more tailored for the private banking arm, but they do take all customers. This bank may not be as technologically advanced as big guys, but it's a real community bank, with actual people working there, I know my banker, and get services not possible at big banks, although at times they may be a little slower. Seems like they are most focused on retail and commercial banking services, not sure they are desperate to make loans like some places, so I would elsewhere for anything than home equity lines. Overall nice to have a small old fashioned bank, in a day where it seems like most other branches dont even have personal bankers, even if their app are behind the curve of the bigger banks.”
“I have been banking here for over 11 years and they have provided personal, timely and professional service. Sure, I have had a few hiccups, but they have always fixed them in a timely manner. This is a local bank that values it's local clientele, unlike the big national banks that treat you like a number . Once I broke free of the big bank gimmicks, I realized that my business does matter to someone. Plus how do you trust big banks that pay more in fines every year than any other industry. In 2023 they paid more than $9 Billion.”
