“Good afternoon. I wanted to relay just how wonderful all the employees are and have been since I opened up my Wintrust account several years ago. Jordan has been one of my tellers inside for several years and he is always so pleasant and remembers me, and what I like. Vic, she's been here, I think less than a year, and she is always so warm and welcoming, and she remembers me too, as Jordan trained her very well! Purva, has assisted me a few times, when needed and she is always welcoming every customer in with a hello, how are you today, when we walk into the bank and is a delight to get assistance with! Jhovanna, is there a lot and she is so terrific at everything and she does everything to, from being a banker to helping to be a teller when they get busy! Finally, the wonderful VP of the branch, Angela, she has been here to, since I opened my account and Angela has always been so very dedicated to her customers and a great leader for the banks staff. She sure deserved the promotion to VP. Thank you all and I hope my message will be shared as employee recognition is vital in employee's knowing and feeling appreciated!

“I have been banking with first American for about 10 years in my dad for 25. I am what you would consider to be very financially healthy. Regardless of that fact today, their systems went down, but for me, they went down two days ago. I was unable to access any of my money, and I was told that there was no way to access My money from Customer Service however like I said, I’ve banked with them for 10 years and I’ve never had an issue. When I Made my way into a branch location today the one I usually go to I was immediately recognized as always, and I explained the situation they said that they had known about it without any further deliberation, they asked me how much money I would need, and they promptly delivered that to me in cash turning one of the worst situations I’ve ever had in banking history in my personal life into one of the most amazing I felt like I was truly known there, they always do know my name and it feels good, but you know not only do they know my name but when I’m in a situation where they can’t verify how much money is in my account trusting me and knowing that I do maintain a good account balance and handing me cash over without accessing, it made me Feel important and valued for this reason, I will always bank with First American”

“I recently had a fantastic experience working with Morgan Schmitt from BCU, helping me refinance a car. I received very quick and knowledgeable responses, and she answered all my questions. Halfway through the process, communication went downhill, and it took me a while to get updated documents. I'm not sure why, but she seemed to have some urgent matters to attend to, but she eventually got everything sorted out. Communication could have been a little better midway through, but perhaps she had a family or work emergency. I won't judge; it happens to anyone. Overall I received a good service and got what I needed. I like BCU for their client oriented business.”

“I've been using BCU for 5 or so years and haven't had any issues with them.
Mortgage, Car Loans, Student Loans, bank account. No financial institution is perfect. But at least they aren't robbing me blind with balance fees, transfer fees, atm fees like Chase does.
Currently I give them 5 Stars, but that could easily change.”
