“After looking for months, I bought my pre-owned 2022 Audi RS6 Avant from Porsche Lincolnwood, in an out of town deal. Milton and Andy were just great.The purchase process was very fair, and the guys did a lot to make the delivery process effortless. I flew in mid-day and left with the car smoothly that day. Milton went out of his way to make sure I was looked after during the whole process. While I am out town, it was evident that the facilities are first class and the staff are well trained. As for the car, while not a Porsche, I will say it is just amazing!And most of all, the guys were genuinely happy to see a customer leaving happy! Way to go Lincolnwood!”

“Originally I wrote a fairly negative review due to the fact that my repair was returned to me and was not 100 per cent complete as a small but obvious spot was overlooked during the repair.Well I returned today and Mark greeted me immediately and took the car into the service area and within 1 hour the area previously missed was painted and buffed out and looking great.Mark was fabulous on his end from start to finish and due to his taking the lead my prior negative review is now a positive one.Services: Painting”

“Great prices on parts for European vehicles. Easy to find. But four stars from me. Even when ordered parts over the phone prepare yourself for long waiting. Front window people will ignore your presence and make you stand long time before offering help. Waiting are needs overhauling. Not presentable at all. Ownership should be more involved and hopefully this review will help.”

“Staff is always great and take care of their customers. I have been coming here for 5 yrs for yearly service. I sometimes hang out in the waiting area which is great and even better post-renovations. Otherwise i get loaner. One time i had to wait a little longer than expected, and they bought me a Starbucks for the trouble. They usually get the work done in a timely manner however and are good at communicating. Love chatting with the staff as they are car people. I had my wheels done a few times from some minor curb rash and they looked perfect when done. Overall great customer service and keep my 911 running strong.”
