“Crash Champions was in our insurance company’s recommended providers group, & our agent said he’d had good luck with them. Most of the R side of our car was damaged, & one door needed to be replaced. We were kept informed of their progress throughout the process. The repairs took time, as did matching the paint; our car is parked in an outside lot. The finished product looks great - our 3 year old vehicle looks like new.”

“Four Star Auto Body would be the only place I take my vehicle to for any body work. Joe and his team provided exceptional customer service and world class workmanship for my parent's vehicle. When my dad dropped off the vehicle, they even drove him back home! The vehicle had some dents and rust on the rear panels, but the guys at Four Star went above and beyond to address other parts of the vehicle that also had some damage. They put in quality work and made it look brand new all around. They even completed the job ahead of schedule. They are very nice, always smiling, and most importantly, 100% honest with everything. I would most definitely recommend Four Star Auto Body in Skokie, IL for anyone that needs auto body repair. Thank you Joe and your team at Four Star for the excellent work that you do.”

“A few days ago, I desperately looked for a local mechanic/shop to help me do a very simple thing that I attempted do myself. I had to replace both lowbeam bulbs in my car. My hands are kind of arthritic so I was having much difficulty. I drove around the neighborhood and found Lincoln Wilson Auto Service. I walked in and asked for help. A gentleman with the shop told me to pull my car in. I'm sure he sensed my desperation and proceeded to switch out the bulbs for me. No charge. I am grateful for the patience and professionalism of the mechanic who helped me. Sadly, I am forgetting his name, but will be returning for future services. Thanks to this Good Samaritan.”

“I recently had my Subaru Forester repaired at Sigler's after I was re-ended. The whole experience with Sigler's was smooth, quick, and overall, great. “I had a great experience with CARSTAR. I brought my car in after being rear-ended, and the service was professional and friendly from start to finish. I especially want to thank Brian for all his help. He was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, made sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of properly, and made the rental car process very easy. When it was time to return the rental car, Brian also helped me with that, and I was able to leave it there without any issues. My car came back looking great and in perfect condition. I’m very happy with the repair and really appreciate Brian and the whole team for their excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend CARSTAR and would definitely trust them again in the future. Thank you, Brian and the entire team, for making the whole experience so easy.”

“On top of being incredibly kind and efficient, this is one of the most reasonable body shops in the city! Especially for self-paying. Every time there was a slight change in estimate, they let us know and double-checked before just tacking it on. My car also came completely cleaned and spotless! The whole team is personable, helpful, and again, incredibly kind. I will be coming here for any possible repair in the future and for my oil changes!”

“I see why he has 5 stars honest, friendly, and reliable. I came in for brakes, and instead of trying to get me all new rotors and brakes (which my dealership tried to do), he showed me that my front brakes still had plenty of life and the rears brakes just needed to be replaced. I’ll definitely be back.”

“I have driven by Tom and Jerry’s Auto Body for years and have known they were always highly recommended. I decided to stop in yesterday to get an estimate on my car for work that needs to be done. Don and Ian were the friendliest, most honest men I’ve ever met in the auto repair business. They were professional, kind and understanding. My estimate was explained to me in great detail and they took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Tom and Jerry’s for all of your auto repair needs.”

“I had a recent incident with my car we were looking to get fixed quickly that was quite severe, and had called around to a few different garages in Chicago trying to get it fixed. Not being super experienced with cars and also embarrassed about the accident, I definitely felt out of my element in some of those garages as a young woman. Santos was fantastic from my first phone call, took a quick look, assessed the problem, reassured they could fix it smoothly, and didn't throw on solutions we didn't need to the estimate. They got the car in the next week, had it back quickly for a more than fair price, and it honestly looks better than when we drove it off the lot. My husband has already said he'll go back there for any needs in the future, it's just a great family garage that I wholeheartedly recommend for car work.”

“Ted’s Auto Body not only does excellent work, Tony and Bobby are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and really nice people. They finished my repair and installed fender flares on my pickup while also keeping the mud flaps that the instructions noted were to be discarded. I never could have done it myself. Ted’s will always be my body shop, can’t say enough good things about them.”

“I had my 2022 Audi Q4 e-tron for less than 2 weeks when I got an A/C error and noticed the breaks squeaking. I went to 4!!!! other shops who couldn’t even run diagnostics on the car. Fred was incredibly kind and efficient, and worked with my warranty to ensure the repairs were covered. My car was back with me in 3 days. Honest service and thorough, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. I’ll definitely be back if I have issues again!”

“My car was in an accident and Caliber happened to be one of the repair shops on Allstate’s list of collaborators. From start to finish the process was easy with partnerships with Enterprise to coordinate rental pick up and drop off to the efficient communication from the team. My car looked better coming out than it did when I purchased it! Thank you to the entire team at Caliber with special recognition to Jordan for walking me through the process and explaining even the smallest details to me. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone who wants a world class customer service experience and quality repairs!”

“When my car got rear ended I started my search for a body shop. Wow, there are many in my area. I took my time and sifted through all of the companies and reviews. There were many with frills, pictures of children not cars and how great they were with bad reviews. I found National Body Works no frills just honest reviews and pictures of before and after cars. I went in and spoke with Sasan and he was very nice and friendly. Needless to say he was very honest and the communication was great letting me know the progress every step of the way. They did a fabulous job and my car looks new. His warranty on the work he performed is great. I highly recommend this Body Shop.”

“Came in with rear end collision, and the work done was excellent. I can find no evidence that it was hit except for the newer parts that were put in. I noticed one small detail. A couple of plastic covers for the seatbelts were missing and they took care of that without any arguments and I would recommend the shop to any of my friends who found themselves with an accident. without any arguments and I would recommend the shop to any of my friends who found themselves with a accident to their automobile.”

“My 2011 Cadillac SRX suddenly quit, the message on the dashboard was “no remote detected “. After one shop told me they could not service my issue and I had to call the dealership, I called McCormick Auto care and was told yes, they can service my car! After getting my car towed and diagnosed, I was told all I needed was new battery! I appreciate the honesty, service and fair price.”

“I want to say I came here for a dime size dent, that was close to the trim a little above my driver side door handle. I took my BMW in on a Thursday for them to take a look. They called me Friday morning to drop the car off. It took them a couple hours and they called and said it was ready. When I arrived to see it I was very impressed!! It was like new like the dent never happened. They also were fair about pricing and did not give some crazy amount to fix a small dime size dent that didn’t require a paint job. I would definitely recommend them and I will go back to them if anything else were to happen.”

1920 Lake Avenue, Wilmette IL 60091
“From start to finish, the experience was smooth & as painless as possible. The estimate process with Dean got the ball rolling in a positive direction. Coordinating repair dates with Sabrina, and her consistent progress updates throughout the process, all maintained the positivity. On time completion of repairs and easy pickup procedures wrapped things up in the same immensely positive manner. High quality work from somehow even higher quality people.”
