“I went to CIBC after my debit card was affected by fraud. I received a text right away when someone tried to take my money, and I was glad the transaction did not go through because I declined it. The next day, I went to the CIBC branch to withdraw cash. I was helped by two very kind and respectful bankers, Lucy and Barry. Barry was very helpful and made sure I received my new debit card within one day, which I really appreciate. Lucy was also very kind and helpful.I am very thankful for their support. This CIBC branch has excellent staff, and Lucy and Barry both deserve recognition.”
