“Maria met us at the door and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for. We said we weren’t sure yet and just wanted to look around. She was never pushy, just checked in on us once She said she’d take your time and I’ll be around if you need anything. We ended up finding the perfect couch and she helped us through it all. Excellent customer service all throughout!”
“Very helpful staff (especially Anna) took plenty of time with us helping decide on a new mattress. The team also matched the same discounts as the brand’s own website. Thank you!!!”
“Salesperson Dennis was knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated the next-day discounted delivery and the fact that my old mattress would be fully recycled. The mattress is very comfortable for my guest bedroom.”
“We’ve been shopping from this business for 6 years now and they never disappoint! We have ALWAYS received excellent customer service every time we have shopped. They sell nothing but QUALITY pieces! When we first moved into our home we came and shop for our entire home and it lasted for years with no issues. Modern will forever be our go to store for our home decor. 10/10 experience every time!”

“We went to Ashleys to get a frame and the mattress salesman was very pushy with us and only wanted to show us higher priced mattresses. We were very put off by him and we ended up at Mattress Firm instead.
We told Jim what we wanted and what we didn't want and he helped us find something we liked and we found our perfect match. It felt like less than 20 minutes. He was attentive and knowledgeable about the beds they had.
Delivery was done by Alfredo Sanchez, Quick delivery and very polite.
Overall easy shopping with Mattress Firm.”
“Zack was incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm always worried about pushy salespeople, but Zack made sure to only give me the features and price that were best for me. Of course, he recommended some additional options, but he did not pressure me about any of them. I tried a few mattresses, found the one I wanted, bought it, and scheduled delivery all in about 20 minutes.”

“Simone is amazing... From the moment Mom & I walked in. She's the perfect example of customer service at it's best. She helped Mom pick out the perfect chair lift. And went above & beyond with helping with marked down stools that was still boxed up and saved the day by putting sold on chairs I wanted that customers was sitting on looking to purchase.. I will definitely shop there again ..... Hopefully I'm privileged enough to have Simone assist me again.”
“I newly moved here with my husband and I visited to buy a king mattress. Ben guided me through all the different types and firmness of the mattress. He recommended me to actually lay down and feel the difference of how I feel on my back because I am a back sleeper. Ben also showed me all the base systems. He was very quick in the process of purchasing which I loved. Lastly, he was really kind(:”
“Great store. Pro tip:
Ask the sales person which chair or couch is their favorite. They have it narrowed down to 2-3. I cannot wait for my new chair delivery. Great store, and great service. Sale price and free delivery a bonus.”

“American Mattress was the 3rd place we stopped to shop. We liked the idea of it being family owned and a sale was in progress. Our salesman was personable, and very helpful. We got a great deal on a twin mattress for our guestroom daybed.
Needing our own queen mattress replaced soon, there's no hesitation to return to American Mattress.”

“I had the best experience at Steinhafels! We just moved here from Maryland and needed a sofa for living room. Tim Deignan was awesome! He was professional and helped me not only select the perfect sofa but also a rug and fabric for a custom made ottoman. Tim never rushed me and took the time to move things around so I could get the feel and look of the selections! I would definitely recommend Steinhafels and will seek out Tim for additional purchases! Thank you Tim!”
