“My mother who has a bad leg and is old was out of windshield wiper fluid and the guy in the station not only went and got the fluid he also put it into her car. This is a good example of someone being helpful to an old lady and also going above and beyond. I can tell you this if I am around here this is the only gas station I would use. I respect people with old school values like this.”

“A wonderful experience from start to finish. I'm a senior on fixed income so I can't waster money on vehicle maintenance. I got 6 quotes for a radiator flush, and Craig's was the lowest. But that's not why I'm rating them five stars. They were super responsive throughout and I didn't have to waste time on the phone (the most inefficient and error prone form of communication known to man).
Combine that with their genuine friendliness and you have what auto service should be everywhere, but rarely is.
