What makes the store great though is the personalized service. I also talked to Tom on the phone. He also knows his stuff. Nobody was pushy. If you go in and like the store, give them a good review. “I went to four printers in person and explained what I needed done. I met with Brandon Friday morning and he was courteous, professional and wrote down what I needed. I came in Monday and he had a sample done the way we discussed. I paid for it and will have it in plenty of time for my event Thursday. Brandon did a great job. “I brought in two IBM Correcting Selectric II typewriters that had not been used for quite a few years. They would turn on, but barely could type a few letters. They were gummed up pretty badly from lack of use. I didn't want to dispose of them. I loved them in high school typing class and I felt they were THE best typewriters ever made and wanted one so badly. I brought both of them to Wagner Office Machines. It took a few weeks; I wasn't in any hurry. When I picked them up, they looked brand new. They were thoroughly cleaned and lubricated. They both type beautifully. The keys are responsive, no lag or sticking whatsoever. They put in new ribbons. I have the same elements and they type perfectly. I type practice drills on them a few times a week to keep them "exercised" and in good working order. The key is, they said, to use them to keep them working. Thanks for the great service.”
