“I placed a photo order that said it would be ready at 8:34am, I callee to make sure it would be ready and at least two employees searched high and low for my order because their system showed it was ready. They couldn't find the order and didn't think they had the materials. Nick offered to drive to another store for the materials, but he ended up finding them in the stockroom and made the order right away. I appreciated the employees working to make sure I got my order timely. Thank you!”
“My wife and I want to say Thank You to Walgreens and the pharmacist who helped us. On a recent visit to Springfield, IL, my wife left ALL of her prescription medicines at home 3 hours away. We visited the Walgreens on Koke Mill Dr in Springfield on the day after Thanksgiving. The pharmacist was so understanding and so helpful. In about 30 minutes, she had contacted our insurance and was able to refill ALL of my wife's prescription meds. We were elated! It was just one more reason that we love working with Walgreens. “The food at the store on Lincoln St in Auburn is better than the one at arte 104 but the service is much slower. The other store is bigger but the Lincoln St store is cozier and always seems to have more food in it.”
