“This review is overdue. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a TV for my parents. The owners were fabulous from start to finish. The recommendation was perfect for my parents' needs. To top it off, they offered to deliver same day which was the day before Christmas Eve. The top-notch customer service did not end there. The delivery did not go as planned because the TV was too big for the area over the fireplace. Mark did not want to disappoint and went back to the store (after hours) to redesign the TV legs to fit the space. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The next day, our guests were able to enjoy the football games on our brand new TV. This was my first time purchasing from there, but it definitely will not be the last! Thank you so much for your superb customer service! Please do not hesitate to purchase from here...you will not get the same type of service from the big-box stores!”

“Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. ?”

“I needed to get a new phone . I was able to get an upgrade. Islam Elgar was extremely patient and helpful. I also noticed he was really patient with the person before me. He made this very easy. It took about 1 hr for my data to transfer. He recommended me doing some errands and it would be done in about an hour. I did and it was all set. Highly recommend him and this location. I went to Lockport and the employees didn’t show up at that location so I went to Lemont. Both employees were great at Lemont. Thanks Islam”

I usually go to the Joliet Target for my groceries and always find everything. The grocery section is always really organized when I go. Never hard to find anything in grocery.”
