“Was impressed how fast he identified the issue and fixed it within 30 min on the spot. The last person that worked on my car a few years ago just put electrical tape on the wires and this gentleman identified new connectors that needed and took out the panels and swapped it pretty quick. He has been working with speakers for 30yrs, knows his stuff, said if I have any issues come back anytime! Great experience and friendly.”

Sergio is the most dedicated, informative and patient individual at any location I have ever been to. He always knows the latest deals and advertisements for the store and invests time into setting up customers phone(s) as he has had to help me with several phones I have ourch from this location and always come back to for the great customer service.
I would highly recommend this location and company especially if you are lucky enough to be paired with this employee on your visit to help you. Just as a customer remember to kind and courteous if waiting for help as they commonly have low staff and can only help 1-2 customers at a time depending on the current work placed in front of them by customers.
Keep up the phenomenal work and give Sergio a raise/promotion he deserves it !!”

“Went in today and got a phone upgrade. Pedro was the store associate who helped me during the process. I was (admittedly) already irritated when I walked in the door because of a previous experience I had at a different Verizon location but Pedro helped me out immensely. He listened to my concerns, came up with viable solutions, and I ultimately walked out of the store with the device I wanted. When I explained to him I was on a budget, he was respectful of that and didn't try to upsell me something I didn't want.
He even went beyond his duty and helped me find a case and screen protector too by searching up Best Buy because my new phone was syncing with my old phone and I couldn't look it up myself. He also explained he different bundles I could add onto my service and explained how I could add them if I desired. He explained how different bundles would save me money over time, too.
He was extremely knowledgeable while helping me set up my new device. While I was waiting for my phone to sync with my old phone, he went and assisted other customers, periodically checking in on me. I watched these other interactions while I was waiting (my phone took 30+ minutes to sync) and he was extremely polite and courteous with those customers, too. While he couldn't resolve every issue each customer had, he was able to assist with what he could, and was also able to point them in the proper direction to get the answers they needed.
Pedro is a stand up guy and an excellent employee. If you go there, try and work with him, you won't be let down!”
