“Good Tarder Joe's they have all the stuff but sometimes I feel there are too many staff and the floor and the store is almost always crowded enough that it makes it hard to navigate with the cart. Staff are friendly and I love the rotating items as well as many of the classics. Would not go here if you're looking for fresh, not packaged, meat/seafood products. Very hard to park around here and many pedestrians so be careful.”

“adored this shop There is plenty of space to move about and the store is not very packed, and the prices are reasonable. Due to the large store's ample space for walking around, it will require multiple visits to view everything. Excellent assortment of items. There are tons of healthful items available here. They have flowers and fresh produce. Prices are all worth it, of course! Parking is easy, as is entering the shopping center. incredibly tidy and sanitized. Really well-stocked. The personnel and cashier are really polite. This place has a superb assortment of wines.”
“There's no fees to enter and shop here for a wide variety of food and kitchen items, meats both frozen and fresh, fruits and vegetables, cured meats and cold cuts, baked goods, sauces, spices, parchment and wax papers for food prep. They have shoes with non slip soles, aprons, jackets, everything associated with food preparation and consumption. It's easy to buy the store out to take care of your breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks. A pleasure to shop here. Parking is great, all forms of payment are accepted.”
“Woodman's is awesome. While it seems like every grocery chain is in decline and price gouging, Woodman's is not that. It is a co-op so employees are invested. They have an amazing array of everything. This store and the other stories that I've been to are huge! The pricing is fair. I have actively priced things at Mariano's and compared them to what I found it Woodman's and Mariano's is generally 20% higher.
When you shop here not only are you getting a good deal and a great selection, but you are supporting a good chain of employee invested stores.”
“I always turn to this store when my 'local'er one doesn't stock an item. It doesn't have the self checkout stalls so sometimes there is a wait to finish up your shopping trip.”

“In October we celebrated our daughters wedding and ordered chatka and sweets table from the Prospect Heights location. Everything was delicious with a beautiful presentation. The sweets table was a huge hit; it was gone so fast as guests eagerly filled their plates. Mrs. Dorota was incredibly helpful thinking through every detail, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them. Looking forward to their service again!

Update: Started shopping at ALDI and going here for a few months now, still awesome. This ALDI is cleaner than many others, and always a great selection of food. Also this store seems a tad larger than others.”

“Very good selection of Asian foods and the prices aren't bad either. I work customer service too so I get it but the employees are very unhappy here. Also, a lot of items are expired so I highly recommend checking the date on everything from chips to frozen food. That said, I do still leave with a full cart every time because these are items you can't find anywhere else (even at Mitsuwa or other small Asian marts). Very cool as well that they accept EBT here if that pertains to you.”

“Very good Korean grocery store. It's always freezing inside, though, so bring a sweater or something. The parking lot is a little hard to get out of during the busy hours, as well. But the grocery store itself gets the job done.”
“This Meijer is huge and I've never seen it busy, even on the weekends! The grocery side of the store can get a little busy but the center household/clothing section and the home improvement section on the other side is always empty. If you walk around for long enough you'll start finding the secret clearance sections!”
“The truth is that they have the best tacos in the area. I have tried about 20 restaurants from Round Lake to Elgin. I cannot say that they are the best because I lack restaurants to try, but I dare to say that the sauces are very delicious, sometimes even richer. but always good sauces, bad experiences, I have not had in this place, the truth is, the size of the tacos is very good, I do not post photos because I have never taken them, but I will do so on my next visit because I am going to compare them with a restaurant where I had a bad experience.”

“One of my top 3 Aldi in the country. Yep, I have been to so many. I can say that. Always clean. Staff are always helpful and kind. This location has a variety of ethnic and hard to find foods. This Aldi has more of the healthy options than most.
However, it is such a great Aldi that the Aldi finds disappear quickly! Heehee”

“This was our first visit to this Aldi location. We were visiting for work and stopped in to get lunch supplies. We chose bread, cheese, and sunflower seeds but looked at other options as well. Everything was very well stocked. The store was clean and the aisles were kept clear, as is typical of Aldi. Though there was only one cashier, he was efficient and friendly.”
“I love getting the fresh bakery sweet rolls (the blueberry filled or the apple ones, all are delicious) and paczki! Specifically come to this location every year for fat Thursday as the paczki are to die for. They are fluffy and melt in your mouth amazing! This year also did not disappoint, highly recommend ?”

“A simple experience but a great one. I stopped into another grocery store and grabbed egg salad from the deli counter. The list of ingredients was long and one of the first ingredients in the dressing for the egg salad was "high fructose corn syrup". Why is there sugar added to egg salad? Therefore, I dropped the offending egg salad in a cooler and left that store. I knew I would be passing Sunset Foods on my way to my destination and stopped in, went to the deli and grabbed egg salad. It was simple and clean with just 4 ingredients... Eggs, Hellmann's mayonnaise, sea salt and pepper. That's what I expect in egg salad! That's why Sunset Foods is a good grocery store.”
