“Very nice staff who have helped me on numerous occasions since I bought my first home down the street about a year ago. I’ve had a number of projects where it’s my first time trying to fix or replace something and they’ve always patiently walked me through everything and answered my questions. They’re also very dog friendly and my dog knows when we’re getting close and starts walking faster so he can get all the attention from the staff he loves.
Great neighborhood store and so glad I moved in near them. It’s great being able to walk 5 minutes and get everything you need for a home project.”
“They are so knowledgeable and always help me to find the perfect hardware. I always bring either a cabinet door or a handle I removed to make sure I get the right size. If you can't find what you are looking for there you won't find it anywhere.”

“Wasn’t a believer until I bought a 13 dollar belt sander years ago and hoped it would last me a project or two. I think I may have to donate it if I ever want to be in need of buying another one.
The staff here is one of the best locations I’ve been too. I prefer it over Hanover park and Cary, the staff always makes sure your getting the best deal possible and is super friendly with answers. Probably the best place I’ve been to if you ever need a random tool to make that next project easier. Also they have a lot of tools that may normally only be available at a premium price point and the DIY’re the solution they provide is great.
Their products and easy customer service make me reminisce about the good old days of well built, inexpensive tools, that carried a lifetime or long term warranty.
I just bought an oscillating spindle/belt sander that is 99% the same guts as a Rigid for 4-5x the price. Never thought I’d own a luxury sanding item like that for the shop but I got that and a cart full of tools for less than the cost of one at the big orange store.
Oh also people like to harp on the “imported quality” where do you think everyone else comes from? You’re paying for a brand, up until recently the Hercules lineup of tools actually had Samsung sourced battery cells being utilized. I don’t think most people at this stage of the game think Samsung doesn’t know what they are doing when it comes to electronics.”

Therefore, I entered the facility to ask for help with finding my road directions because I was nervous about not being at my appointment on time. I was politely assisted by a kind man who worked as the register cashier at the store. His help allowed me to be at my appointment on time. “Been coming here for years. Sometimes everyday for a week. Staff has always been great at w answering questions. Cant beat the prices or warranties, and the quality of the products is higher than you would expect. Sammy helped me out at the register the other day and he was very good at making sure we knew about the current and upcoming deals, as well as the free gifts they sometimes give out to Inside Club Members. Really happy to have one close to home. Will be coming here probably for the rest of my life.”

“Tom at the Lake Zurich Rental center really helped me out. I was planning on renting a sewer rodding machine because my shower was backing up. After listening to my issue tom suggested the issue was in my septic field. Turns out I took the cover off and the tank was totally full. Tom chose to help me solve my problem over the phone instead of just trying to rent me a piece of equipment. I will think of this rental department whenever I need another tool to rent. Thanks again TOM!”
“We headed to RH Outlet on a Saturday in search of a king sized bed frame. We were greeted and helped by Howard, who was wonderful - polite and helpful. We found a bed we liked for a great price and we used one of the 3rd party delivery recos they provided. The transporit movers were excellent and everything went extremely smoothly! The gallery and selection are huge and this is definitely worth checking out. Just remember you'll have to pay a bit extra for delivery if you don't have a large vehicle. Totally worth it in my opinion!”

“Unrivaled knowledge and expertise! I had a cartridge go bad on a 30+ year old white GROHE shower/tub faucet and they were able to identify the model (info was worn off) from the hardware I bought in to order replacement parts and also provide compatible new trim kits for the plumbing setup to upgrade to a more modern look. “Love this Menards most employees are helpful, the managers are great. However if you are in the paint area, you need to ask someone seasoned. The highschool kids normally send you away with wrong products, at least that has been my experience the last 6 years remodeling our house.”
